@@Khankuot It was a Sunday morning between 10:00 and 11:00 am. Our parents were at our grandparents house, two blocks away. We, among other kids, played with an empty metal paint bucket and some carbide (a small white stone-type). Now, for those who don't know what carbide does. When you add a little bit of water too it, or in our case usually spit, it will release a flammable gas. Close the lit of the metal paint bucket and let the gas build up. We had punctured a small hole in the bottom. Put the can on the ground, our foot on it. And hold a lighter at the punctured hole at the bottom. What follows is a loud bang. Quite a loud bang I must say. Like a cannon honestly. Very nice on a Sunday morning in a modestly packed neighborhood. So..this went on for some bangs. At a point my brother picks up the can after a bang. It was quite smokey. Spits on the stone and tries to close the lid. But this dark smoke starts to build up quick and pushes out from the edge. I come up to my brother. And just hold the lighter under it. Like a low tone dog bark all this black smoke blasts out and immediately caught fire. Absolute FireBall. My brothers head is caught right in the blast. Absolute mad lad. No more eye-lashes, eyebrows and a wave of crisp hair in the front. My boy just saw Sauron through the flames of Mordor. His face was black of the dirty dark smoke and he flew of to my grandparents house to tell them what I just did. Now... I honestly don't remember being punished for it. I guess it was just another Sunday for them.
