Day 30 of JAMuary 2025. Here is a jam following the prompt from HWJ and PVC: "Write the music for a car chase in a movie" This jam explores the of the single oscillator in the Eventide Misha sequencer coupled with a sub-oscillator and the Erthenvar Patch Chord and Behringer 1050 mix sequencer modules.

Introspection ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 232 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Day 29 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Take a moment to reflect on your January journey so far and write something introspective and moving". Here I used the 4MS SWN module for a pulsing drone and the Benjolin module for weirdness.
Forest People ( #jamuary2025 )

Day 28 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Natural world - Incorporate sounds from nature in your jam". This ambient jam was made using the Sonicware Liven Ambient 0.
30 Seconds ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 197 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
For day 27 of JAMuary 2025 I followed the prompt: "Commercialise - create a song exactly 30 seconds long". This eurorack jam was sequenced using the Squarp Hapax.
Voices in my Head ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 1159 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Day 26 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Use your own voice in a jam! Talking or singing or whatever, let's hear who's behind the machines". All sounds except the kick drum are derived from my voice. I used the XLN Audio software to record gibberish on an iPhone and then created loops on a Mac. The loops were then played back and processed on the Torso S-4.
Exactly 1000 Notes ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 539 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I have combined the prompt of the third HWJ Weekend Challenge of 2025 (jam around the idea of the number 1000) with that of the HWJ/PVC Day 25 of JAMuary 2025 (Desert Island - Make a jam with the piece of gear that you would choose to take with you). I took the first prompt literally and used exactly 1000 notes including drum hits but excluding delay repeats. To satisfy the second prompt I used...
Living on Kobaïa ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 3814 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Here is an attempt at a Zeuhl music jam using eurorack for day 24 of JAMuary 2025 for which the prompt is: "A mysterious signal is found buried in old tech equipment, it's music from the year 2524. What does it sound like?"
Storm Eowyn ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 3116 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Day 23 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Make a jam that starts slow.. and let it explode". Here I have used the Nyström Crum Hum processed by the Torso S-4 which is also playing a couple of ambient samples.
Travelling to Mars with Elon ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 8019 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Day 22 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "You're aboard a spacecraft that's drifting into a planetary orbit and the systems are failing". Here I used Plinky, Benjamin, 2HP Loop and miscellaneous eurorack modules.
Ghost Mansion ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 12121 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Day 21 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Make a haunted jam sounding like a hard rave in a ghost mansion". I left the rave out in this ambient jam using the Sonicware Liven Ambient 0.
Only Four Kicks ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 57วันที่ผ่านมา
Day 20 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is : "Make a jam with only kick sounds". Here I used four eurorack modules to provide the kick sounds but I sort of cheated by sequencing the pitch of a kick module :-)
Insanity Polka ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 30วันที่ผ่านมา
The title says it all. Don't listen to this if you wish to remain sane. Day 19 of JAMuary 2025 and the prompt for the day is truly awful: "Um-pa: make a polka". What a waste of eurorack, Squarp Hapax and Supercritical Redshift 6 to make this rubbish jam :-).
Variation on Twin Peaks Theme ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 176วันที่ผ่านมา
For Day 18 of JAMuary 2025 I have followed the prompt of the 3rd HWJ Weekend Challenge of 2025: "To compose a David Lynch-inspired jam." Here I have attempted a variation of Angelo Badalamenti's Twin Peaks Theme with reversing chords and melodies but keeping the slow tempo. This Eurorack jam was sequenced by Squarp Hapax and incorporates the Supercritical Redshift 6.
FX Free Ambient Lament ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 59วันที่ผ่านมา
The title says it all. This dirge was created following the prompt for Day 17 of JAMuary 2025: "NOFX - Do a jam using no FX at all!" The Eurorack jam has no reverb, delay or master compression and was sequenced by Squarp Hapax and incorporates the Supercritical Redshift 6.
Irritatingly Joyful ( #jamuary2025 )
มุมมอง 3814 วันที่ผ่านมา
Day 16 of JAMuary 2025 attempting to follow the prompt: "Make the happiest jam you've ever made". This Eurorack jam was sequenced by Squarp Hapax and incorporates the Supercritical Redshift 6.
hypnotic techno great track, nice layering
Beautifully rearranged rendition! Brilliant piece!
Thank you Luminiferous.
Cool cyclic nature to this WB. It's mesmerising! Well done.
Thank you EN.
Very cool. I thought about doing a thousand bars but then did the maths!
Thank you Steve. A thousand bars would be a challenge.
I've always been intrigued by Benjolin! Loving this jam and how it seems to float along - very textural and hypnotic :)
Love the entire production, lots of energy, awesome track 🌟🌟🌟🙏😊
Dat’s priddy, dat. De-stressed me beautifully it did.
Happy to be of service 🙂
cool spacey sounds
Very cool WB! Wild sounds….
dreamy🍄
Thank you RetlasD.
this is awesome, great jam!
Thank you SoR.

Dope soundscapes
Thank you Trusto.
That is absolutely beautiful. Definitely needs to be way longer :D
Thank you Steve.
Lovely jam WB! What a cool synth and beautifully controlled..
Thank you EN. Yes it is a fun small synth.
Well, this is lovely. Happy and uplifting!
It certainly is!
Thank you Yasso.

Thank you! 🙂
@@wirebaby_official :)
Genius!
Thank you Simon - you are too kind :-)
really enjoyed this @wirebaby - so pretty
Thank you Jason and Becky.
careful with that Deluge - you'll cause a flood!
well worked out, Mark 👍 great jam and arrangement 🙂
Thank you Andy. I tried to send you a PM via ModWiggler to follow-up on the chat we had on the streamthrough on the Disting NT but message seems to be stuck in the outbox. I reconnected to Discord and sent you a friends request; this will be from MarkSinister.
totally missed this last week, Mark... really enjoyed this 🙂
Thank you Andy.
Love the beat, awesome track 🌟🌟🌟 new subscriber 🙏😊 and channel friend
Thank you Silver T for the kind comment and subscribing.
@ very welcomed dear friend, wishing you a wonderful week ahead 🌟🌴🙏😊
Good idea - and well done!
Thank you DG.
Nice one WB. It's a cool prompt! Like the Residents' Commercial Album...
I have not listened to the Commercial album for many years 🙂. I still have the vinyl LP. I can't imagine doing JAMuary with an eyeball mask/helmet!
@@wirebaby_official I also have a vinyl version of it in storage.... Maybe we could try it with an eyeball?
@@expensivenotes I presume with some chicken wire and paper mache one could knock out some eyeball helmets - 👁👁
@@wirebaby_official You certainly could!
Nice groove.
Cheers Neil.
Could you not just go “pah!”’ into the mic to get that kick drum sound too?
I did try but it was not deep enough.
Nice happy Jam WB. Got me tapping my feet!
Glad to help.
That was fun. It reminded me of bits Jean Michelle Jarre's Zoolook album.
Praise indeed. Thank you Gary.
Congrats on keeping up with JAMuary! The voices in your head are much quieter than mine. 🙂
🤣🤣🤣Thank you Brian.
🎛🎛🎛🎶🎶🎶
Thank you LookApi.
i'm still contemplating what to do for the 1000 challenge. this was a clever solution. good job .
Thank you AE. Have fun with your jam 🙂
Nice restraint! Looks to be lovely and cool there! We are getting 40C tomorrow!!! If you want a desert island then come to Australia. Cool track WB. Well done meeting the 1000! (Although I didn't count them )
Thank you EN. Yes it is cool here but I would not survive 40C. I visited Melbourne many years ago for a few days but had a bicycle accident and spent 3 months in hospital.....
@@wirebaby_official I used to ride my bike a lot but have retired form that. I now do a lot of walking. Much safer, however, tomorrow I will bunker down inside with the air con on. More time for music... 🎵🎶 Thankfully it's just for 1 day.
@ Stay cool.
@@wirebaby_official Thanks!
With Elon? What is wrong with you?
I like the video
Thank you George. That is my walk by the River Thames which I try to do a few times each week.
😂😂 Great idea and session buddy! This doesn't seems easy! Well done!
Thank you HellF.O. For a 5 minute jam at 80 bpm it is only 10 or so events per bar for all drums and instruments.
Your music is absolutely captivating!! 👾👾👾🚀
Glad you liked it Avalon.
Muy original, una pasada de producción 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you Jony.
sweet jam amzing growly vocal bass
Thank you DSR.
This is way too good for music from 2524! By then music will have devolved to one note drones for days... I like the wonky beat and the great sounds. Great euroracking WB! I like the wonky video too!
Thank you EN.
Awesome jam, love the finale :D
Thank you Steve for listening. The finale is a bit OTT.
More cool gear… maybe you should be called Expensive Notes! Lovely start. I like the rain. Crazy change up! Well done.
Thank you EN. Yes I have severe GAS.
@@wirebaby_official Me too! But it's more to do with my age...
@@expensivenotes 🤣🤣🤣
Just loved this! Great minds hey.. loved that piano! So warm.. feels like I’m chilling in front of a warm fire.. nice work and very chill 😊
Thank you. I really like your Lynchian jam.
that was really tripped out, like all the way to mars
Thank you AE. Yes it is a bit full on throughout.
This is great.how you finding the circuit rhythm
Thank you for listening One Day. I have mixed feelings about the Circuit Rhythm. It is well built and sounds great but I have not taken the time to learn how to be fluent with it. So I can create one bar loops quickly that I am happy with but struggle with taking them forward.
You have such cool gear to make your jams. I think you have accomplished your mission! By that I mean the prompt!
Thank you EN. It was an interesting prompt.
Not an Elon fan but love this track mate
I agree with both sentiments
Not an Elon fan - closed my Twitter/X account last year not that I was a big Twit in the first place.
@@wirebaby_official I think you would have to be a twit to stay on it. I closed mine last year too!
sending a roman salute to you on your journey
soundtrack for an unaired episode ... Well Done !!
Thank you DrSynth.
