Until we actually get a the same restriction list as Japan, Shojodoji & Shiranui will remain at the top of the meta. But the copy pasta list shouldn't be the end all, we need better hits outside of just copying what Japan does otherwise what was the point of having different list (besides obviously dictating the market prices of cards)

Honestly its so weird... The qsd is so greedy and rubbish compared to litteraly every deck before I grew up with this game and damn this what i call absolute garbo

The way I see it, the only reasons to buy these decks are for the energy crest, possible Elementario copy as it's not 100% that you'll get it, and to make use of any upgrades you might get from the boxes. It can enable you to make a nice beginner deck to play with if you want to teach people to play even. I did that with my Oselargest deck.

I really underestimated Impauldio due to it being a 3 attack deck. But playtesting and JP results have proven me wrong.

So, out of curiosity: Which of the Destined Ones in Set 5 has the best balance of offensive power and opponent rearguard removal? Or the closest to that idea?

So I actually started from theses and playing asturm it was fun playing with the actual fully built deck felt rewarding I was kinda dissappointed when I bought it and found out it was vanillas but I bought like 6 fated clash boxes to build asturm

Call me crazy, but I have a feeling Bushi will drop a more significant upgrade for these decks at some point (like how the bosses of D-SD01 - 05 + LTD01 got new forms in a booster. Though if they get new forms it wouldn't be until DZ-BT05 at the earliest). And if that happens I will be glad I got the booster set versions of the trial deck cards as well as the new booster set exclusive support cards. Well, that's IF that happens. Even if it doesn't they would still be pretty alright budget decks, and if anything could be used as fairly low power decks that could be used for tutorial games

The online game was an issue from conception. They delete the free version of vanguard, for a fully paid version that everyone could have enjoyed and made it a gacha which makes more money. Honestly, dear days being paid is a sure fire wayt o kill the game. I know so many people who wanted to play but wanted to start in an online simulation like other tcgs but didn't wanna fork out fucking 75 bucks for a BASE game with no access to other cards

Vermillion is at least B with the new card imo. A clear board means thunderbolt boost anyway, and they can reliably bind thanks to Roughkur Hammer Dragon to trigger phoenix. Getting thunderbolt access has rarely ever been an issue, and a lot of these cards could be drawn by the many draw effects it plays or nabbed by Lateefa.

Considering that the restriction for Cerrgaon in Luard decks still isn't implemented in English/Global, would it still be in A Tier?

This will sound weird coming from DS guy like me but Overlord actually have a few pieces of supports aka. Dracoresonance and the cabbage roll. These 2 cards gives the deck access to DE's order engine which helps the deck quite a bit imo it does make the number on turn 3 much better Yes, Overlord is still piece-reliant but if Venus is in B I think Overlord should be too as both have similar issues.

Im sooo fucking happy these encounter decks exist ! They are such a great Addition to the game even tho they are either OP or literally useless they are fun regardless

My bro Overlord fell off hard... Remember 4 drives was so strong couple years ago. Now many can do so and extra with bigger rearguard. They better give us The XD (just like V where you commit your whole hand to win), DE has so many "when this card is discard from your hand" cards to sync.

I hope that Glory Maelstrom will be coming back to D standard after the 2nd or 3rd season of Divinez anime and after the card revealed for DZ booster set 4 and 5 or 7 and 8 so their might be chance that they will announced the next filler set or next year for neither DZ booster set 6 or 9 depending on the card revealed or a Tuesday stream since luqueir has finally got an evolution since DZ booster set 3 so it's Maelstrom, Vermilion and Ezel's turn to get as well since they haven't get their evolution yet

When people say I'm being over dramatic that Ezel is weak & the support it got was pointless, I can point them to this video that SnownaVG agrees with me. XD

Shiranui on S tier reason "no other deck match Shiranui lv" Press like and sub , trueee this deck is busted not to mention the new grade 2 (red/dark) that makes it more busted in early game

The DS/BG card is actually really useful for Daiyusha. Gives you selective Soul and allows you to retrieve a Dailady without needing to use a Daibase is really good.

Thank you for the set review! The dual nations cards are worth to pick up over imo. They are not g3 locked, and first skill is literally free too. They're perfect for turn 2 board swarm/rush and generate plussing advantage. Light OT feels good with decks that sacks while Dark OT is a safety net but a bit awkward in decks that restand rearguards. Some of the set orders are quite fun to build around with considering they can be abused. The g1 discard cyclers are kinda cracked for stride decks though, other than that, I'm sad the first auto ability is only on placed and not "when placed on rc or boosting a unit". That being said, they might be fighting for spots in decks that already utilizes EB usage.

I won’t deny that a regular Varga board will look identical after playing against it a couple times (I am a Varga player myself), but tbf there is a difference between knowing what kind of board your opponent will set up vs how you can guard against its onslaught.

Liel amorta can suit best with Razael but, it could be a bit bricky depending on how the combo works

The reason u think zorga has this issue is cause ur tunnel vision with this aggro list. The g1 overcoming order as well as the g1 order cycler maxes out the consistency of the deck. Also karma is worse than rpd for sure but u run 1 or 2 with 4 rpds to ensure u have 2 crit columns. But I do agree in a 9 round Swiss setting where it’s 1v1 zorga isn’t viable cause you probably want to pass out after 6-7 games and ur play will noticeably get worse by the 5th game

Tisqar can't use her boost skill unless you persona ride, the card is still undeniably a must run tho

I think Gandeeva might just be. sleeper pick in DZ-BT02 with the energy blast promo and the g2 allowing for multi attacks going first I think it’s a deck that can definitely contend with these decks if not be a top deck itself

I don't really mind the OTs. Sure it can screw up someone's gameplay when it's drawn during drive/damage check and it is annoying in my opinion but not to the point that I would want it to be banned. Most of the time, it's not really played a lot since it is most likely drawn or soul charged based from what I've experienced and seen.

Would've been handled better by including elementariabin every deck. Some other over priced normal order would've also appreciated. But who knows bushi only wants money.
