Cautious patience needed to see what Kompany is out to do.

With that stunt Müller pulled and even if he was only on the pitch for half an hour, he MUST be man of the match. Cause he basically decided a game that was still on knife's edge in my view.

The attack hasn't really worked yet. Not many chances created. It is more one touch football, which I appreciate, but still, it takes far too long for the ball to get to the final third. Mind you, the team presents as a more stable unit at present. Although I won't change my mind about Upa and Kim having no situational awareness whatsoever or much football intelligence. Just look at them play. Like lost children sometimes. And even Kompany will not be able to change that. Tel's problem is that he is far too hasty. I hear how he shines in training, but that doesn't matter for the game. He is not a Musiala who can dribble in tight spaces or a Coman who lays the ball past the defender and beats him with sheer speed. So he needs to find his style of playing. And soon. Müller? What is there to say? The most intelligent and instinctive footballer to come out of Germany and probably Europe in the last 20 years.

Again, Gnabry over Sane ALL DAY LONG. The man makes the deep runs, defends in the back and has a knack for passing the ball.

I’ve had many Bayern shirts over the years but this one is a pain to see - a 6 year old played with watercolours … our away shirt was the result - even the 3rd kit looks way better this season … but I admit it’s a matter of taste !
