I'm not a professional but I love to cook! For me cooking is therapeutic after an intense day at work.
I don't believe in counting calories, instead I eat whatever makes me feel good. My passion for food and cooking is beyond just one type of cuisine. I may not be able to replicate authentic cooking methods but I love trying out different dishes, these range from Italian to Asian foods. I love baking too, although not very good at it. This channel is simply for me to document my cooking journey and have a bit of fun!
