How to get through the hard days of grief #grieving mother
In this deeply personal video, I share my journey of navigating grief and mental health after the heartbreaking loss of my beautiful baby girl, Diva. I also delve into practical tools like Mindful Chef, which eased the burden of meal planning during my healing process, and the AI coaching app Breethe that has become essential in helping me focus and process my feelings without feeling like a burden to others.
As I contemplate a writing retreat in St. John’s, U.S. Virgin Islands, I reflect on the importance of journaling and creating a safe space for my emotions. Together, we’ll explore how taking small steps-like journaling, creating mood boards, or simply treating ourselves to flowers-can guide us through the messy landscape of grief.

When I lost my nanny I did not want to do anything at all I just was beside myself I know she died in her sleep but I wish I had that one moment more with her and say a love her one more time but I just try to keep my loved ones around me and my besties around me . And try to think of the best moments I had with her together.
Who has inspired you through your grief journey?
What helps you get up in the morning? Is there anything you would suggest to someone who is finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning?
I sometimes think it’s a new day and time to think it’s going to be a bit better then yesterday if I think positive. Getting out of bed can be hard but just think it’s better to get on with the day then to keep thinking about the joy of what you can do with yourself and keep thinking you can do anything to put your mind to . Xx

It’s so awful isn’t it, as though losing our children wasn’t enough. I feel like I have lost so much of who I was, even being able to see that in the mirror and on the scales

Big hugs lovely , it’s true we all greave differently and there are some days harder than others. I still find it hard grieving for a certain loved one . And I still can’t believe the lovely diva is not with us any she was such a beautiful and lovely girl and such a caring girl . Love you second mummy xx
