I am not a professional musician, but I love making music and sharing it with people. I have been playing for many years, so you will find all sorts of stuff on this channel. Mostly folk oriented.
I forgot the name of this one, but it’s fun to play

Great sound! 😊
thats wonderful!!
Just working out this new one Carousel Prime by ne of my favorite bands, DREAMERS CIRCUS
The thing I like about this guitar is that each note sounds distinct, not blended. You can blend the sound by manipulating the strings, but the overtones are not blending everything for you.. Don’t get me wrong, I love guitars like Martins because they have such rich full tone, but I also love guitars like this old classic that have such clear notes to work with.
so nice... is that a harmonica? who else is playing? its good to see everyone whos playing, so interesting! thank you for the video and nice song to enjoy
@@aeastman59 that is Kate on concertina. She has been learning to play her new one that has more keys so she has sharps and flats unlike her older one.
New song we just are working on. Rainbow Connection
Wow, not only done exceptionally well, but in a way I've never seen before. You're both so talented. I just love that you're married and are able to create this beauty together to bring some light into a largely dark world. Thank you.
Thank you so much! Music is our love language

First Mbira of the 2024 ~25 batch. Super light feel because of the redwood top and sides.. nice deep tone

(This dance sequence is "Carpet Vectors" by Robert Cromartie.)
looks like such fun!!
Sorry for the dark screen. I was sitting out watching the Northern Lights but my camera did not work in the dark.
Last night as I watched the colors dancing in the sky, I recorded this jam on my mbira. The picture was all dark, so I over dubbed it adding some bass, just for fun.
Is that Willow? Looks like her. Is that her son, then? Family to carry on the music. So wonderful. Signed, your cousin.
Very nice!! Z is the perfect addition to the jam 😊
Laughlin Boy 😉
Spell check!!!!

Loved it Chris!!! Our confidence should be in Jehovah Those who put everything in Jehovah‘s hands, we’ll see Jehovah‘s hands in everything 💕💕💕
Just discovered it is a Jay Unger tune called Legends of the Fall
Nice 😊
Thanks 😊
The wind chimes are an awesome added touch. They wind wanted to join in the music playing. 🎉❤
Just found out that George Cromarty, one m,not two, passed away a few year’s ago. This does not do him justice. He was an amazing musician. I was very influenced by the time we spent together playing music together.
❤❤❤❤ neat Chris!!!
BRAVO!!! I loved it!!! MORE PLEASE!

Windchimes sound so cool In The back ground!!!😊
Ok I gonna learn it !! It’s a good one ! Love ya guys so much!
Very nice! Would love to see your finger placement as you played, as I am not so skilled beyond the basic tunings. Also what was the tuning, specifically how each string was tuned?
I will try to post a better video sometime soon. I can figure out the tuning and explain how I got there, though I have to tell you I just play by ear mostly. . Am currently building a new dulcimer, first in over 30 years.
