@@DJSephEntertainment idk man? The venue manager did tell me that the venue owner was hard to work with and that it’s sad because brides and grooms don’t find out until later!

The speakers behind me was a terrible idea! lol And you know they didn’t do bad mostly because when I had to project far it was during formalities or speeches when it was quiet and during the party most people came to the dance floor area and it was plenty of sound for that area ! Yeah bro! This venue layout sucked and was not dj friendly! I have realizing a lot of these venues managed by this company are like this so I decided not to advertise in their catalog this year because of it!

What kinda DJ complains about lights being too bright like FR Bro you’re talking out your @ss… those lights are awesome!

Love your new light wash was ideal for that venue. Personally I wouldn’t have the speakers behind and notice that the option of mounting and the subs doesn’t get used much, that said 1 hour setup in that heat sucks. Party looked great well done!

@@MrMaui38 thank Broski! Yeah white would be a game changer! I am not sure if they have any white fixtures? But I was impressed with them and you will definitely be seeing them in more gigslogs as well! I think they will look even better with no hanging bistro lighting or at an inside venue.

@@djdrizzy yeahhh I don’t think they have any yet but they should! And yea man they looked amazing especially when you had them on the dance floor kind of like a spotlight for the first dance. I can imagine that with ceilings and walls to bounce the light off of, it’d look even better!

What are you using to control your lights? You’ve got to look into the WMX1 if you haven’t already. that thing is a must for all mobile DJs. I would of hated having the speakers behind me like that, I don’t know how others do it. The placement should be wider apart IMO. And that venue, never been there but the layout isn’t great at all. Guests are 1000s of miles away from the DF and the entry way for B&G entrance! There’s no intamacy, no engagement whatsoever, terrible layout. Your setup and positioning was fine though, as expected. I know it’s hot as s**t bro, keep up the hard work.

Thank you for checking it out bro! Dude you nailed it with the description of the venue! I have found that many of the venues managed by Rweddings are like that! Big outdoor venues that are not DJ friendly which is why I chose not to advertise in their catalog this year. I feel like their venues don't align with my goals so I had to pass. I have heard great things about the WMX1! I was thinking of upgrading to that soon especially with the 3D Visualizer that looks dope! For now I use the ADJ MyDMXGO I had trouble with it in the past but ever since I updated the software it's been working great and fairly easy to use!

@@djdrizzy Bro, I'm telling you, you will not regret the upgrade to a WMX1. Game changer for mobile DJs. Yeah, I originally purchased it for the visualizer too, I used it once and never again. Takes too much time. Make sense if you're hooking up 30+ lights, but by that time you'd have a much bigger console and a dedicated tech. Let me know if you need any help with the WMX once you get it, I'm bascially an expert with it by this point.

Thanks brotha! I didn’t actually it was 98 degrees that day so we needed them on! But thankfully they didn’t affect the dancing on the clouds. Sometimes if the air vent is right above the dance floor I will ask the venue to turn it off the air real quick while we do the clouds!

I’m sure it could pair well the your Icoa 12’s the only thing I could think of as to why you may not want to do that would be the Icoa sub is probably engineered to go with Icoa tops for best possible sound. It also doesn’t have a pole mount if you wanted to put the 12s on top. I have heard great things about the icoa subs! But they don’t come in white just yet huh?
