I got i bag of screws all mixed up can someone please tell me what goes where

These instructions are god awful. Have to use the manual to know which bolts to use and the video to see how it actually goes together. Pathetic😂. Nice lack of including the installation the power supply and the shelf in the video and the paper instructions. Why would I use the nuts to attach the vertical rails when you already included built in nuts to the horizontal ones it attaches to. Maybe you should have your paper instruction department and video department communicate. Have the videos include “#X” when showing a screw and you could actually save a ton of money because then you could fire the people who made the paper instructions. Do better

The printed instructions are wrong for installing the U Mark rails if you want to use the included shelf. The instructions say to install them 5 from the front and 6 from the back. It should be 5 from both front and back. Thanks for ruining my fingers 0/10

To my future frustratants: the self-tapping screws require substantial force and torque. Had to use an impact driver, standing above with full weight. @danmcjilton6636 thanks for the power tools comment. Also, my unit came slightly dented on the top piece, even though it was nicely packaged. I didn't want to return it because of the timing and frankly waste of fuel, it hammered out fine, but this company is not going to sell you something that has the same smooth tolerances of the more expensive racks. But also it's dope and reminds me of the 1701-D.

I have the 12U under the desk version, and this gives a good overview, it doesn't explain which screws go where. Is there a clearer guide for that? I don't seem to see one for the 12U

So my manual tells me to use nuts included in bag 1 and shows it installed back behind the preinstalled cage nuts, indicating you should use the nuts, except I don't have enough nuts... And in this video, you show it using the preinstalled cage nuts... Which is it??? Also, you really should include a QR code and link to the TH-cam video in the manual. It would have been so helpful much sooner if I knew the video existed... Also, it would have helped if the manual was legible! I can't see it on the glossy paper with the very dark colors! Otherwise, I love the rack; I just need to get it fully built!

is it required to install the rear panel? I'd like to use this as an AV rack for a theater, where I have speaker wire fed through a wall and would like to mount this infront of where the cabling comes out.

How much heat can this rack dissipate?

Don't forget the little rubber things that make it so the rack doesn't rumble

Do y'all have any of the wall mounts with the neato cooling system on the top? I'm lookin for 18u 24"

Lots of dents, didn’t have an issue with the instructions, power tools are your friend with the powder coated screw holes

Most of my pre tapped holes were powder coated through and or had metal clumps in them and stripped about every screw I put in. 10/10 wouldn't buy again. Design is great. That's about all I can brag about with this at this point.

Does this come in white

Just received my new White or Silver 9U Sysrack, it was actually shipped from Canada because they were sold out here in America. Can't wait to put it together and hang it, just a little concerned about the total weight and how far sticks out from the wall. I wish they had options to choose from in depth like 18". It is not available in white just 24x24x19.

Getting rid of the red would help.

Two nuts short of installing both shelves. Pretty annoying.

Note that the vertical rails can be mounted in a variety of distances from each other. But if you want to use the shelves, their distance from each other has to be specific. So decide on whether you're using the shelves before you mount the vertical rails.

I just finished my assembly. Instructions 1/10 Video 7/10 I got 1 bag of clips, 1 bag of bolts and 2 bags of screws. 3 x more than I needed to assemble but they will come in handy someday. Easier to follow the video than read the instructions. If you know how to assemble a Ikea cabinet this will be no different...lol

How do you attach the shelf? You don’t show that. Your manual doesn’t show it either.

Casters don't assemble that way from my order. Has a place for 4 screws, and no indication on which to be using.

Questions: 1.) What are your models on the site that have the (M) on the outside? 2.) Where are the dustproof server racks? 3.) How can we keep dust out of the vents in the glass front models (I need to read UPS and other data, but still keep dust out of servers in a utility type area with lots of dust sometimes... Currently unavoidable). I need to pick up a couple for personal use before I buy any to deploy into the office... SO, here is what I am looking to test out within the next few months before I deploy solutions in Q4 2021. Currently shopping for 42u as a test to expand to more enclosures Currently shopping for a low noise 12u to test for expansion as well
