Sausage Biscuit Muffins
Do you want a nutritious, quick, and tasty breakfast item? Well you’ve come to the right place. Be sure and try these sausage biscuit muffins. They are quick to stir up, taste good right out of the oven or can be frozen for later use.
Recipe:
1 pound roll of sausage (regular or Italian)
4 eggs
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
2 T melted butter
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees
2. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick spray and set aside
3. Crumble sausage into a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until no longer pink, drain off fat and cool slightly.
4. In large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add shredded cheese, biscuit mix sausage and mix well
5. Fill prepared muffin cups about ¾ full (I use an ice cream scoop)
6. Bake 18-22 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of muffin comes out clean
7. Cool slightly and brush tops with melted butter just before serving
Note: you can easily add other ingredients: Salt, pepper, onions, bell peppers, bacon pieces, dry mustard, garlic powder etc.

I am not sure but Mom let the chicken soak overnight in salt water she said to kill germs. I know she would take the pieces out of the water salt and pepper them and place in flour, later she added paprika to it. she would fry in crisco. That is as much as I remember as that was over 65 years ago.

That is what I use--a quart canning jar. You could also use a 4 cup measuring cup if you have one

Love how you make your Caramel corn. Looks so easy. I do have a couple questions though. You dont put any vanilla in it? You dont use a brown paper bag that you've had groceries in do you? I hope not.

Very interesting presentation. Would like to know where to get sprouts seeds and how to grow them.
Janice, I get my sprout seeds from Amazon. They have many to choose from. Here is my recipe: You will need a lid for your jar that will let the water out (like screen wire). You can buy sprouting jars, but they are expensive. I use a canning jar ring and screen wire. Empty 2 T sprouting seeds (alfalfa, Mung beans, clover, radishes, mixed seeds etc.) in a quart glass jar. You can purchase seeds from Amazon or a natural food store. Fill the jar ½ full of cold water, add sprout seeds, screw ring and screen wire on jar; shake lightly to mix. Let set on counter 6-8 hours. Pour off water; add fresh cold water and rinse the seeds 2 times each day, 2 times each time, and drain thoroughly. Watch them grow, it’s fun! In 3 to 5 days, you will have a jar full of live food that keeps on growing as long as you are rinsing them 2 times each day! Refrigerate after 4-5 days to keep fresh. Will keep approximately 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Hi, always look forward to your videos. I have made your microwave caramel corn, many times. Delicious. I decided to try something different and switch the brown sugar for white. It was really good, a couple of times I made it, turned out great. Made it the other day and it was very sticky. Any idea, what happened to make it sticky? I'm a Subscriber. Love your videos!!! Hi Ellen and thanks for supporting my channel. The issue with your caramel corn is most likely Humidity: The most common reason why your caramel corn might be sticky is that the sugar reacts with the water in the air. Sugar is a hygroscopic substance, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air. When sugar is exposed to humid conditions, it will start to absorb moisture and create a sticky film. Also, Caramel corn that is sticky maybe hasn't been cooked long enough. When you make your homemade caramel, it is crucial to bring it to the correct temperature. Be sure to boil the recommended time in the recipe or maybe use a candy thermometer (to hard crack). Store properly: Store the caramel corn in an airtight container (like a Ziplock bag}, at room temperature. Avoid storing it in the refrigerator, as the cold can make the caramel harden and sticky. Spread the caramel corn in a single layer. Hope this helps. Nanny

Depending on your preference, but I use 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and garlic powder

Fabulous idea. It works. I tried it.
I’ve been making my caramel corn just like this for years. But I make about 4 times the amount at one time because it goes sooooo fast. But I about double the caramel recipe you’re doing. It is only a very thin layer of caramel but it’s still super delicious. I actually like it better w/ a thin layer. fill the bag almost 1/2 full with popcorn & mix. Put closed bag in microwave for about 40 sec and mix again. I keep doing this until all popcorn is fully coated and popcorn gets crunchy when a few pieces are left to cool. I sometimes add about 4 tbs Cinnamon when I add the baking soda & vanilla. It would be about 2 tbs to equate with your smaller amount. It’s even better than the OG caramel corn.
Growing up, as a special treat, Mama would sometimes have us a mayonnaise cake waiting for us when we got home from school. This brings back many memories. I'm gonna have to make one, now.

looks delicious, 😋I just started water bathing last year and I love it. I have always been intimidated with pressure cookers. My mother never used one.
To me, water bathing is much less stressful than a pressure cooker, but both have there please, especially for low acid foods (it's best to use pressure cooker for these)

If you freeze cake or cupcakes how do you wrap it to keep from freezer burn ?
