Fake fake fakeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I appreciate your comment, but could you please specify what information is fake here ? Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy
@proanatomy humans have only one heart any animals have two heart
@MathhewTamilGamer I agree to you totally but here it's describing the extra functionality of the calf muscles. These muscles, when they contract produces enough force to push a lot of blood upwards from the lower limbs against gravity. And it is because of this reason it's known as the second heart or peripheral heart. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K
@MathhewTamilGamer since you mentioned about animals, there are animals with multiple hearts for real. You may check it online and you will find so many of them with more than one heart. Regards Dr.Manu Krishnan.K
@proanatomy ok ok I understand that is blood pump so it is only name called second heart ❤

I have 3 2.7 mm cervical disc bulges extending into the thecal sac. Am I going to die?
Greetings, You should not be panicking for the moment. As per the minimal information that you have shared here. It's saying there there is moderate compression over the thecal sac or spinal cord covering. It can have different types of presentations according to the area of compression(central or posterolateral). Commonly the issues related to it can be as follows; 1. If its central compression Weakness and radiating numbness to both upper limbs 2. If it's posterolateral compression: radiating pain limited to only one upper limb. Keep your calm and don't panick as of now. Try to look into the matter with a bit more clarity and you may mail me via: manukrishnank91@gmail.com Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder : Proanatomy

The indenting thecal sac means only that it is the outer covering of spinal cord which is pressed by disc and there is pain . AM I right? Plz tell
Greetings, As you said it right, the indenting thecal sac means that the outer sheath of meninges covering the spinal cord is getting compressed by the bulging or herniated disc as per the condition. And it can trigger pain too. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy
@@proanatomy more easy thank u sir
Should I ask for Foraminotomy??? The ACDF didn't remove any of the neural foraminal stenosis!! Please help. I have to get rid of the compression before I end up with permanent nerve damage!
Greetings, I have checked your mail and responded there. Do go through the reply mail and feel free to ask your further queries regarding the same. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy
You should discuss the innervation and paralysis of corresponding muscles with lost actions and the levels of nerve damage. Otherwise this is a useless video.
Greetings, I highly appreciate your concern and will surely be adding a detailed video incorporating the points you noted down. And I don't agree with your last comment as it is a useless video. Having a basic understanding on what's happening behind the curtain is the first step to develop a curiosity to learn more about it. Thus even a small glimpse into the concerned topic is fruitful in learning it better. Keep supporting and keep spreading knowledge. Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

Please sir kindly give an answer. I’m in dire need !!! Would moderate bilateral C5-C6 foraminal stenosis cause atrophy/weakness in the L arm? Or would cord compression be more of the cause! I’m asking because I had 3 level ACDF c4-c7 In my CT scan I read no compression found on those levels (which is great) But it did read “”moderate bilateral C5-C6 foraminal stenosis”” would this be responsible for weakness and atrophy? Please help me understand. I don’t have much time and i definitely don’t have much help!!!
Greetings , I have gone through the information you have shared here. As far as the report is concerned, the atrophy and weakness might be because of the stenosis of neural foramina. But the age and previous medical history etc are not shared here. There are any more factors that can contribute to the existing issues , so it would be great if you could discuss about the condition in detail. You may mail me on manukrishnank91@gmail.com Regards Dr.Manu Krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

Very effective video 😊
thanks sir, how to treat this ? any exercise ?
Greetings @nainasingh3296, Good to hear from you. And regarding your question: it's not easy to define the solution for this problem as there are a lot of underlying causes that can trigger this condition. Starting from a disc bulge to an injury happened earlier. Apart from that, there is also some contributing factors like body weight, age, occupation, postural stress etc. I can give you a suggestion only after a thorough understanding of all these facts and medical history of the patient. You may mail the details to me and looking forward to have a discussion over the same. Email: manukrishnank91@gmail.com Regards Dr.Manu krishnan.K Founder: Proanatomy

Greetings , It is difficult to give you a clear picture of your condition with the limited information that you have shared here. It would be great if you could share the detailed medical history and reports to have an interpretation over your current condition. Without that it would be really difficult to make any assumptions.
