I have some time so I can explain everything you need to know about the mace first of all when you wind burst upwards for a mace hit you need to hold another item in your hotbar and then quick swap to the mace right before you hit and you need to swap and hit extremely fast to do it and it does more damage based on what item you swap from for example if you swap from an axe then that does the most damage possible second is a sword or a trident and the rest do the same damage although I would recommend using a sword to swap since it’s cool down time is way shorter than an axe. This same swapping method should be used every time you use the mace even if your doing a different strategy (if you want to practice this method i would recommend going into a single player world and practicing on villagers) and keep in mind this technique is way easier the higher your ping is. So you should always use swapping if your fighting with the mace but another technique is called burst pearling it’s what it sounds like Burst pearling is an essential part of mace PvP and the technique consists of pearling up then immediately after using a wind burst to hit the pearl this teleports you to the place where the wind burst hit the pearl so you are rly high up this takes more practice than wind burst macing because the timing has to be perfect but it is doable and if you do it correctly it can 1 shot any player now let me tell you why this technique is so useful. The technique called burst pearling is in some cases better than wind bursting up and macing because this technique gets you way higher which makes it so you can combine this with swapping and do a crap ton of damage. This technique is also great for unsuspecting victims and they hardly get time to react it’s a great way to backstab a person and can 1 shot any player now thank you if you read this hopefully you can use this to improve and if these instructions are to complex or you want to learn a different technique just reply to me and I can teach you it this is for anyone who wants to see it. Well, there are many other cool things you can do with a mace, like use breach on a sword (bypass 60% armor) by hitting and swapping to the mace at the same time, or jump and ender pearl to someone's head and mace (you need to swap hit to a mace) to activate wind burst Oh and, good video
