Thank you so much for sharing, Dear! I know it can be tough to be vulnerable at times, even with ourselves. You are very strong and it's admirable the way that you are able to put your heart into words. I hope this is something that remains within you, now and forever. You encourage me to do the same... I hope I can be that safe space for many others as well <3 I am so glad the audio helped in some way. I too have had a rough year. I lost someone very dear to me, and sitting down and recording these for you all has truly helped with keeping my emotions at ease. There will be good days, some days tougher than others... but we will always remember them... I hope I do. I believe I can at least grasp onto them that way when I need it, and it's good to allow ourselves to remember. Please take good care of yourself! I'm sure Andre would love to see you eating good food, listening to good music, having a great time <3 Thank you for sharing, Love!
