Enjoyed this informative exchange. Alicia was instrumental in helping me navigate end of life issues for my 2 dogs. She guided me with how they were feeling, their health issues and what they wanted. No regrets and my life is different for it.

I really enjoyed this one as this is something I have really worked on since I left the healthcare field where I was a people pleaser and didn't have much in the way of boundaries
I think people pleasing behaviour is something a lot of Healers relate to, and it's one of the biggest obstacles to creating boundaries. I can understand how it would have been difficult in the healthcare field, and it was certainly something I struggled with when working in aged care. Thanks for your comment!
I loved that you talked about comin from a healed place. When I did 12 videos in a row for my Podcast it triggered some things and I didn't do a review until I had worked with what came up and healed it. I see many people react to things such as comments on their SM posts and you can feel the anger.
Oooh this is such a good one! Coming back to shame, I really resonate with this and sometimes I have to release the urge to reply to people in this space who are commenting defensively because I know that it's triggering something for them that they need to sit with before they're going to be open to that conversation.
