I can agree with this. I do appreciate a slower paced more skillful game vs doing the most in one turn. At the same time, I have an appreciation for watching the game evolve because I’d be hard to maintain a slower tempo over time as they try to make new cards better and more engaging resulting in things such as power creep & faster tempos

Absolutely! I guess I see it as, what’s the worst that can happen? I feel like worst case scenario is they don’t move much and you break even. But if my theory is correct, the QCR’s could easily double or triple due to hype

Your not wrong but I mean, if a decks sole purpose is to draw/ search through the whole deck, the opponent won’t know where to ash, and ash won’t be as impactful. All it takes is for the right deck builder to realize then and the only card that can stop it is droll

Facts! Just desserts is broken in the anime

​@GrandpasTreasureShoppe not really because anime decks basically went by hilander format which means they only ran 1 copy of a card in a deck(with exception of Seto Kiaba with 3 Blue Eyes) until Battle city then they added the concept of duplicates. So while just desserts can win a game, matches that lasted in general 5 turns there was a very low probability of him drawing into it that's why he only played it once.
