Hello, I'm new here. I made the payment on 6 this month in the bank deposit and I'm try to book my appointment date today. But the only time I seen is 7:15Am and when I click on the date, time and i clicked on Select Post and Proceed.. They write SLOTS IS ALREADY USED on top and I'm not receive any notification or to download appointment letter and I return where they Write PENDING APPOINTMENT REQUEST and i clicked on it and it take me to the appointment date and time back they don't show me anything else more than SLOTS IS ALREADY USED Please and please help me out for this issue.

Hi,I’ve made payments at the bank and wasn’t able to schedule an appointment before this new platform so I had to defer my admission to January..now on the platform it says I have to make payment again…is there a way I can get a date without paying again .
