Want to know how to build something, subscribe to the trade mags and blogs, you'll put it together eventually, for a pittance of the engineering cost. Or send your kids to our universities and then guide them into a paricular industry to a particular company, and learn how to do it, at next to no cost.

The level of dishonesty and the lies are beyond reason. The truth is Rwandan immigrants have come to the region as refugees fleeing violence. Most of which have been living Peacefully with Congolese. Some of them have held great jobs in the country. The problem is Kagame’ expansionist policy, killing the indigenous in thousands and replacing them with people from Rwanda. Now there is confusion to distinguish between the Rwandans that came to the Congo years ago and Kagame’ operation of killing and replacing. Why you think Kagame would offer to take refugees headed to Europe from Libya and other countries? Where in Rwanda is he going to keep them . I would like first to start by thanking the CRRIC for this insightful debate on the on-going killing of the minority community, Banyamulenge and Rohingya in particular. It is important for consideration of various factors for analysis of the killings, obliteration and livestock raiding in Minembwe. In this regard, the on-going massacres of Banyamulenge need to be looked from roots for depth insight of genocide against Banyamulenge in the Haut plateaus (high mountains of South Kivu) particular #MinembweCentre, #MikenkeCamp, #Bijombo and #Kamombo where Banyamulenge are concentrated. In both concentration camps, there are FARDC (national army) bases and MONUSCO troops but the attacks of MAI MAI allied with Burundian rebels on keep happening. However, it has been clear that the FARDC's commanders provide ammunitions to MAI MAI and as well as political immunity to remain untouched by the national army. Thus, this shows the long-term plan of the government to exterminate the Banyamulenge minority groups from not only in High plateaus, but from Congo. This is because the national army works in line with the government plans. But the question: has this extermination plan started just recently when killings broke-out in 2017? No, it can atleast be traced back in 1960's after independence from Belgian colonial rules. That's to say no regime that has protected this minority community, Banyamulenge, from being persecuted. It's started from the ethnic discrimination heritage of the Belgians who introduced the identification of ethnic and others identified on account of their origin coupled with favouritism of the larger community over the smaller one. This resulted into the cancellation of Banyamulenge (formerly known as Tutsi d'Itombwe/Banyaruanda) chiefdoms, and others integrated into Bafuliiro chiefdoms. Consequently, the Banyamulenge were left without customary entity as other neighboring communities at the time of independence. At the independence, there was also Rwandan refugees who escaped Tutsi massacres in Rwanda starting in 1959. For extremist politicians in both Kinshasa and Kivu took this as an opportunity to mask the truth that Banyamulenge are just recent immigrants and refugees, therefore, has no right for Congolese citizenship. This has never ended since 1960's ,and in fact, it sow hatred that later led to mass killing of Banyamulenge which initiated #SelfDefenseMechanism (in 1960's was #Abagiriye, after 1st and 2nd Congo wars it was #FirstGumino, and now #Twigwaneho and #SecondGumino) . In the process, around late 1960's to earlier 1970's the name Banyamulenge was acquired/or named after first place they settled on. Most importantly, this was a way to distinguish recent Rwandan immigrants and refugees from the Tutsi d'Itombwe or Banyaruanda (presently known as #Banyamulenge). The world need to pay attention to the on-going genocide against Banyamulenge. Today, it is in the Haut plateaus where hundreds of Banyamulenge had been massacred and women raped then mutilated by the Mai Mai affiliated to Babembe, Bafuliiro, and Banyindu. More than #300Villages obliterated and #200000cows raided The 8 stages of genocide has been shown to justify this on-going genocide against Banyamulenge. Let's look in the lens of historical events happened or what is happening now on the ground and on media platforms! #Classification -- as Rwandans or foreigners #Symbolization -- as tall or Tutsi morphological structure #Dehumanization -- as vermin or microbes #Organization -- 3years of no media or politicians calling for attention of killings of Banyamulenge #Polarization -- politicians' hate speeches against #Banyamulenge and #CommuneMinembwe #Preparation -- provocation of #ConcentrationCamps in Minembwe, Mikenke, and Kamombo #Extermination -- mass killing that are happening and confrontation of #Twigwaneho with attackers #Denial -- always follow massacres for earthing atrocities being committed (#LongTimeGenocide in Africa on Banyamulenge just as Rohingya in Asia) #VivaCommuneMinembwe #BanyamulengeRohingyaLivesMatter #VivaBanyamulengeRohingya #WorldForMinorityCommunities
