Just a quick tutorial on how to make oka. Tried to replicate the oka I usually order when Im in Samoa. It was nice but .... coconut cream is always best when it’s fresh 🌺

I put the lemon first to marinate the fish then one hour after I -it in vegetables etc etc. No tomatoes Becos it’s to acidi and wen you leave it overnight it went off easily.

Solomon Sopoaga - Hi Solomon. This was a reunion for the descendants of Sopoaga and Vaosa. Sopoaga was from Saanapu and Vaosa was from Sale’imoa - they served as church ministers in the village of Poutasi.
