Literally what it sounds like G. Your supports and some dps usually play on your back line( in back of the team) so they can heal and what not. Without getting picked off by the enemy team. So attacking the back line and disrupting their ability to heal the team is a very common thing

The players i've run into in my crusade through ranked, have all had the situational awareness of a sleep deprived watermelon. Just find one guy on the enemy team, That you know you can beat every single time you engage (usually a support) and watch as their team falls apart, once they start crying in team chat. This strategy alone got me to diamond (so far, i barley play) with a like 82% winrate.
