In this mission Hsin tells Huang that he wants Chan's ambusher's gambling den to burn. So Huang steals a gas tanker in a nearby gas station to complete this task.

In this mission once Huang met with Chan at his penthouse in East Holland. Chan asks Huang to help escort him to a Spanish Lord's drug deal in Northwood. As usual, it's and ambush and we had to get Chan out of there alive.

In this mission Zhou tells Huang that those Jamaican dealers are not showing any respect, after he saved their cars. Zhou's not happy and wants to teach them a lesson. So Huang drives the truck and Zhou gets on the back flatbed with a minigun.

In this mission Kenny tells Huang that a store under his protection, is going to be attacked by the Spanish Lords. Huang must block the entrances and kill any Spanish Lords that arrive.

In this mission Kenny thinks he knows who stole the Yu Jian. Kenny suspects that some rich fools who are with the Spanish Lords robbed Huang, and left him for dead. Kenny tells Huang to jack one of their vans and bring it back to his place.

In this mission Zhou tells Huang that some local drug dealers are not showing Hsin, the Triad boss, his due respect. Hsin has planned to teach them a lesson by blowing up their "stash cars". On the other hand Zhou wants to steal the cars and the drugs. So Zhou asks Huang to go behind Hsin's back. To help him accomplish this task.

In this mission Zhou wants Huang to pick up an old friend of his called Uri from the airport. His friend is on a medical release. But there are problems: Uri is a criminal and thus his ambulance is under LCPD protection.

In this mission Zhou Ming is also trying to become the next leader of the Triads. He wants Huang to work for him instead of Chan, saying Chan is too stupid to become the next leader. So he asks for Huang's help on a job he is trying to accomplish.

In this mission a Triad tells Huang that Chan has been kidnapped by one of the street racers from the previous mission (Whack The Racers). After they discovered he cheated his way to victory.

In this mission Chan is trying to get over a hangover when Huang meets him in the garage, he said that he partied too much last night. Now he's not in condition to participate in the upcoming race. So Chan asks us to help him smash up the other racers to make sure he wins.

In this mission Chan needs to conquer the respect of "The Tongs" if he wants to become the next leader of the Triads. So he tells Huang about a street race circuit he must win in order to impress them. But the current champion is a cheater according to Chan, so he sends us to sabotage the champion's vehicle.

In this mission Kenny complains that his goons are all cowards. Who don't want to fight for the Triads. He wants new recruits for his gang. So he asks us to find some immigrants who are getting beaten up on the streets and recruit them.

In this mission some shopkeeper has been complaining about "not enough protection". Kenny wants to show him that his proection is enough. So Kenny tells us to destroy some cars at the Spanish Lords car lot, and torch his shop.
