How did you get up there ?

Not just thinking of yourself but also considering others. 10 points to Gryffindor!
Need a traffic light for exits like that 😂
Have you not ever fallen into a tree well without a buddy. I fell into a tree well in the 90s and I was there for close to two hours. It took that long for my family to find me and they were with me when I went missing so they knew where I was, but it still took that long. I was stuck upside down and in this specific tree well, I did not feel comfortable, dropping in at first, I did not think I could flip over.
@@MischaFellner I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there’s not enough snow right now for dangerous tree wells. You’re not the first to mention it and definitely will not be the last - People assume the worst without the knowledge of the snowpack, or even how tree wells are created. Every tree run I post there are countless comments on tree wells, even when there’s less than 2’ on the ground 😂

Isn’t super dangerous to snowboard this close to trees I’ve heard there are holes around the trees that you fall into and get stuck
@@matheuskg123 There’s not enough snow on the East Coast at the moment to cause dangerous tree wells.
Interesting a snowboarder with ski-sticks. they are allways kidding about us sticks-holder, but now you see why I for almost 50 years hold sticks.
Usually for snowboarding like this, the sticks are used for hiking to get to the spot where you want to decsend. As you can see there isn't really a path for him to follow so it's most likely not a ski resort and is just a random mountain with snow on it.

Looks like fun, wish I was younger
Fun, but tough and dangerous being "off piste".
Yo
Pine runs are no joke on a snowboard! They look like so much fun and then you get half way through and your questioning every life decision you made that got you to that point… nice work tho you flowed through it great!
I want too, looks so fun
Why does snowboarding look so much easier than skiing.
I make it look easy
I always a skier struggle to make these tight turns how man ?

Thick line, mutht be ruff
I live in Utah now (where we are waiting patiently for more snow) but I remember there being some very nice tree skiing at Stratton back in the day. In particular, I used to hang out between Lower Down Easter and the lift line.
@@stvbrsn rippin Stratton today!
I moved from e coast to Utah just for the skiing back in 2010! Best move ever!
fuckn gnarly
If you had just gone for it you would have been fine lol. They were far off to the left and you went slow. If you went fast, you would have missed them entirely by half a minute
The point is that he didn't know that before he worked his way slowly to the edge.
Ok ik for a fact this guy is also a good driver 😂
Lol you would of clipped at least one of em
100% no impossible 🤦♂️
That tree trail looks gorgeous!! Great content
Smart not bombing out
That looks so fun
I think the thing that helps me in the woods, especially like this, almost no matter what turn you make someone's made it before and you have tracks in front of you. Once the tracks stop then it's all you 😅
@@Fred_Nickles the final track before me on this run was me 🤙 Check out my last short!
Nice run!

Love it. Good job
Thanks so much Mitchell! This video is perfect. Thinking of taking the seats out of my 2018 crosstrek and stumbled upon this. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Thanks for making me realize that!
Where is that
The no-footer.😂
And I am curious was it much worse to have the box so sided because of solar panel? I have one foldable panel but with no high weather protection, so I want to try similar solution as you have and to buy flexible solar panel, however I am afraid of riding with the box that will be mounted so much on one side. Thanks for sharing your experiences
It slightly influences the handling of the vehicle having so much weight on one side of the car. I try my best to effectively pack the gear in the box as well as my car to even out the weight distribution. Even if its not where you permanently want to store the gear, I tend to reposition items in my car for longer road trips to reduce wear on the car. I tried using a flexible solar panel and it sheared through the mounts and flew off on the highway - Going back to this system for this winter season with 1 rigid solar panel and a diesel heater!
@@mitchsends Thanks for sharing. I would use flexible one only for placing on the roof at camping and parking places as it would be easy to store in the car and use it near tent as well. For riding and higher fixing I am thinking about creation of steel frame, the solar panel would be glued on it and attached via T-slots to the wings. I appreciate if you have details how you attached the flexible solar so I can avoid problems. Thanks!
I used rubber coated magnets to secure it to the hood for a temporary setup when parked. Unfortunately I forgot about it when I was testing it and went for a drive. Blew right off on the highway, about 65 mph. Actually surprised it held on for that long!
@@mitchsends ha ha, good magnets then :). I need to use T-tracks as there is many robbers on our country :) at least to slow their attempt to stole it. And my be it would stick also during the ride.
