I got a bmw 328 2009 sedan im not sure if its the comperssor but the car overheats when having the ac and going up hill any recommendations?

Worked 8 hours on my 2008 535xi and although you claim to have removed the wattpump by angling it just right as you say i fail to see any possible way to remove the final hose keeping the water pump from coming out! Im not doing this the way it was meant to be done by removing the fan shroud, radiator fan oil cooler and whatever else is required to make this job happen! I honestly question your ability to get the pump out without removing these items. You don't show any video on that at all plus installing it all is going to be even more challenging than removing it as you say you did! This video is really just a pain in the ass to even attempt!

I just did my 2008 335 XI and I want to THANK YOU very much for posting this video!! You were a very great help to me and gave me confidence doing the job. Everything that's underneath on the X Drive cars is always more difficult! One thing I found that helped me a bit more was that I removed the passenger side wheel (Drinker side). That gave me a bit of a different angle on the rear of the hoses.

How did you get the water pump to thermostat hose connected on the thermostat end with such little space??

How did you install the thermostat? That part got completely jumped over.

My pump works great just us a god damn leak on the back side. Everyone says the plastic part fails even when the punp works well still. has irritated me to no end

I’ve been doing this on and off for about a month haha. It’s such a pain in the ass with the xdrive system. It’s constantly puking shit out and apart to get room and angles just like you said. I’m balls deep in this and I found your video helpful with a few small tips and tricks thank you bro

Hello George, i have a problem with my e60, the climate controll only blows air through the vents in the middle of the car, on the middle of the dashboard, and in the back of center consoll towards the backseats) not on the sides on the dash or in front of the dash. Do you know what can be the problem?

Stupid previous owner deleted/hid some of the harness, I need to know where they are. So far I have got the horn and fog lights working. Now looking for the a/c compressor harness. 😡

Need a intercooler but I think slapping inlets on would have got you right at 4 because I put down 382 on 93 without any E but some dynos read different anyway so who knows

Thank you for this. I'm currently in the middle of doing this job for the second time on my '08 535xi E61. I came here hoping to find someone had an easier method. I'm glad, but disappointed to see that I'm not alone and there is no better way to do this job... Mine went out early last winter and I've literally put it off until now knowing how much this will suck!
