Please if it's your hard earned money, don't buy from here. Don't get lured by the look. Had there, purchased, now it's more than scrap. We had our furniture shipped to Bangalore, and all the furnitures were damaged, due to which we get to know about the materials used. Also you need to chase them repeatedly for the delivery, we received in approx 1.5month. Purchased king size and queen size, two beds and dressing unit. 1. Mirror was broken. 2. Extensive use of cardboard. Whole back of the dressing unit is of cardboard and so some part of it is torn. 3. Back support of mirror was of cardboard and frame is of engineered wood. 4. Legs of mirror broken. 5. Side borders of drawer, bed headboard, front board all are of cardboard and hence chipped. 6. Cheap quality of plywood is used. 7. Asked them to use black colour in bed, they used white colour. Told not to add golden strip, also added. 8. They have taken shipping charges for every furniture separately of 6K and after that this is the outcome. Moreover, doesn't provide any screws or bolts for assembly of the bed. Took me another 1200rs [labour charges] to do this for two beds. Local carpenters have blantly said about the poor quality and cheap materials used. Moreover they surrendered and told that they cannot repair the sides as it's of cardboard. Mirror repair will itself cost me nearly 8K + labour charges as the material cost is there for plywood [for door and back] and mirror [5ft X 2ft]. Now they are playing blame game with the transport. Packaging was not proper, corners were not protected, but most important is poor quality materials used. The thing is that we had asked them if they will be able to deliver properly to this distance and they agreed to it. If anyone wants to see the images/proof, will be happy to share.
