Your pouch is so beautiful 💝 I adore the little bright pink flower with the French dot centre that you put on the top right corner. Could you please tell us how you made it? Is it all embroidered or is there a fabric printed flower underneath that you’ve beautifully enhanced??? I can’t stop looking at it. Would love to stitch one for myself. 🌸🪡

❤ Oh my GOODNESS what a cheery bag! I love the Good Morning greeting on the inside. The whole thing is just fabulous! I have just returned from my own travels and am now contemplating making a Huswif of my own, since I have more travel ahead in the next several months and I think that would help keep me more organized. My threads became quite a tangle on this trip! So I am mulling over what I would like to have in my own travel bag. I think the two words I would use to describe your project are GENEROUS and JOYFUL! I unfortunately am not in Australia so have been unable to attend a Fleur woods class. So I was excited when I heard about her on line video course. I signed up for the notifications to be notified when enrollment was available. Even as excited as I was several times I wrote them back asking when I could enroll. But when enrollment was open. I simply could not afford it. It was 900 dollars. And it was recorded not interactive. Which I was ok. But not for an online pre recorded class I was very disappointed. The economy in my area I just could not do this at present. So, for now I I will use her books to try and improve my skills.

Love your idea of a created space as a story. 😊 I’m glad you’re starting this project from scratch I’ll be creating along with you using a well-loved (worn out) embroidered quilt as the base. Let the fun begin!!! 💖💖💖

I just love your happy play. It is like we did as children and most of us lose that child like, not childish, way of expressing the joy because it is always there for us to do. Joyful play which you will be doing with Fleur is so exciting and for us to see vicariously. Moments or time of this helps us refill ourselves and is such a gift. We forget we can do this when we are so busy and do not make time for this. Thank you and Fleur for teaching us how to joyful play back like when we were children. It is a wonderful gift!!!
