Yeah, defeat Doombot is the actual boss. There's also a bonus mission to eliminate any Dr Doom on the island afterwards. That's just anyone wearing a Dr Doom skin

They're all eliminations. 5 sets of 25 kills. Should be located under the Champions Road section of your quests, unless you've completed it by now already
