SO GLAD I found this last night! THANKS for posting! I spoke to Bro Paul last AUG...sent him 4 songs that he liked, and has filed. I thank God for this. When he mentioned that the Imperials were going into the studio later this year, I was shocked, as I thought they were ALL DONE! Anyway, was glad to hear - via this interview - the names of the guys in the 'new' Imperials. Also, appreciated the info on the intervening years from Imperials to present. He's a nice guy, with a cool sense of humor. I met him 38 years ago here in NJ, talked with him and agreed to send songs. By the time they got to the Imperials' office, Paul had left...and no one listened to my songs. (I think the envelope was addressed to him...c/o Imperials....) So, nothing was done. Here we are 38 years later, and I have re-connected. Better late than never!🤣😊 Knowing these were from 38 years ago - but, also, FROM THE LORD - He asked me if I was still writing songs. I told him it's been years, but if I want new ones, the same GOD that gave me those will give me some more! He laughed! Nice guy, if you can catch up with him. (Meanwhile, I am asking GOD for some new songs FROM HIM.) Like Paul said in the video...I too have MANY songs, but some the public will NEVER HEAR! I thank GOD He makes it EASY for me to know when HE has given me a song, as opposed to something I generated from my own understanding. Those can stay 'in the hopper'...only the ones from the Holy Ghost will bless His people. GOD BLESS! Jim Harris - NJ
