I think I have primary vaginismus I have not experienced SA Been married for 7 months and proceeded to have penetration but it was very painful My husband is very kind and mindfull but I'm just tierd ans want to have sex normally Becides i've been doing yoga regularlly for the past year so it's been a long time that i've been doing these poses and no results... @@christineplaton3048 Hi! Certified lymphedema therapists go through a minimum of 135 hours of specialized training. The LEARN organization has a great page with lymphedema therapist directories to find one near you: lymphaticnetwork.org/living-with-lymphedema/find-a-lymphedema-therapist
ugh. 1 year after radation, 18 months post chemo and surgery -boom cording has hit me. It is painful! I wish it on no one.. If you have this please see a Physical therapist asap to at least alleviate the pain. There are videos by people like this creator on YT that give you good stretches and options to explore too

I have slight swelling under my arm because my lymph nodes are removed. Sometimes it gets very uncomfortable and painful. I have to exercise regularly to be pain free.

@@thebaggeek good question! Obesity and lipedema can co-exist at the same time, but treatments for managing them are different

@@tommac21 I, and most other female pelvic health PTs, see men. There are also male pelvic PTs who see women. Training for pelvic PTs includes evaluation and treatment for both men and women since we all have pelvic floor muscles!

I want to get a Rebounder , but I have lower back issues and don't know if it will help or make it worse...
Isn't the same to use a vibration plate?
@@Criseih great question! There are health benefits to using both vibration plates which is a passive low impact exercise, and rebounding which is an active exercise and can be both low and higher impact. Rebounding can also help more with cardiovascular health since it can be a whole body workout. We definitely need more studies comparing the two!

Hi Iam from Kerala. I am a vaginal Cancer patient. I completed my radiation 25 external and 4 brachytherapy and 6 chemotherapy. Now Iam continuing a new injection like chemo. I have vaginal swelling and burning like irritation after urinating. My two leg also swelling like lymhedima. I am so tension for these reasons. Please reply is this curable why the vaginal pain? 0:12 ,is this decrease after treatment? What can i do?

I wrap my arm at night even though I was told i didn't have to. I wear my glove at night also, but NOT during the day. Because if my glove gets wet, it is painful. It also gets dirty. I lost one, and it wasn't cheap. Your videos are helping.
PS I do wear my sleeve daily. I do massage daily and exercise video except days I get exercise with out.

(47f PCOS) I recently had a hysterectomy/oophorectomy for endometroid carcinoma. I was never told that I would be unable to have HRT for my health as I age because my cancer was hormone based. I've recently discovered Maca.. Do you have any experience with patients that use this for similar reasons?
