Morning, as I have only just come across your video, I’m a bit late. I don’t know how many times you practice before filming this, which is always a good thing. You should have had a camera man, instead of you adjusting the zoom.

The rotor head assembly weighs appx. 23-24lbs. The rotor tower assembly is appx. 11-12 lbs.

Very interesting !! About time someone did this and by the look of it , did a terrific job of it 👍 I think it would have a huge following, if the price was right I would be very interested in bringing one to Australia.
According to this very recent 2019 video at Sun N Fun in Florida, Tango does NOT use a Bendix to engage pre-rotator system. 7:18 What happens if the Bendix is engaged when flying at 50 feet AGL? Is it better for electrical malfunction to engage the Bendix at low altitude or cruising altitude? Hopefully the gears will not mesh if rotor is at normal cruise RPM.
birdwing98 nothing happens...... this is a two-part prerotator.... (both of the actions have to be performed to engage the prerotator)

not a goo explanation since in real life have no idea where those piece are or go in an actual gyroplane...

Yes, the parts that succumb to constant stresses and vibrations are heat treated.
