I hate that happened to you as well. I personally just really like the Funko Shop sticker and having the stickers on Funko Pops because without them it looks like just a boring common Funko Pop. Also I will 100% admit when I chose the word scam it was definitely in a moment of frustration and it is a probably a little extreme; however, I wanted this video to do well and possibly get seen by some people at Funko so they step up especially as far as their customer service. Let me also say I am happy they compensated me in some way for the sticker; however, I much rather would have had the sticker than 5 dollars.

@@geoffreyverlinden8489 yes that is my biggest issue with it personally I care way less about stickers as far as value, I have not even sold a single Funko Pop so I don’t really care that much on how the sticker influences the price; however, I do really like the stickers because not only does it look good but it is also a reminder of where you purchased a pop. Oh and your welcome for the explanation and yeah hopefully no one has this issue again, I definitely won’t for at least a bit because I am taking a little break from buying pops after this situation.

I ordered a little before Christmas, but Toy Stops website still says it comes with the con sticker so I think you should be good as long as you order from them!

I agree that is definitely a scam.

I agree the title is a little bit "clickbaity"; however, the pop was heavily marketed as a Funko Shop Exclusive and in the Funko collecting community stickers influence the value of Funko Pops a lot so the difference in stickers can end up being hundreds of dollar differences in situations like convention vs shared stickers. Also, Funko is going to make more pops with Funko Shop stickers so I still fail to understand why they could not send me one in the future. I will also admit the video title was made when I was still very frustrated with the situation and looking back, I will agree there is probably a better word I could have used. I completely understand why you feel the way you do about the situation and if I had not been collecting Funko for years I would probably agree with you; however, with how the Funko collecting community works that sticker could easily be the difference between lots of money and like I said in the video I personally really like the look of the stickers. But let me emphasize I am grateful that they did give me something out of the situation, but I fail to understand why they could not send me a replacement sticker.

@@jtn7I agree, it’s not like the figure had a limited run sticker attached to it, the company probably has tons of stickers available for use on other figures. It would probably cost less to mail you a sticker to put in the figure yourself than to give you $5. I think it’s poor customer service. Still crappy that you experienced this situation though, however I’m glad that you were able to reflect on your initial feelings you shared in this video. Maybe if you keep messaging them they’ll send you a sticker.

@@matthewberke6104 honestly that was the main reason I was so frustrated with the situation and led to me making the video. Funko has horrible customer service I tried calling the number their website says it won’t even ring and I think they could have handled the email better also when looking online I saw many others with similar complaints. I honestly wanted this video to get to some people at Funko so they would consider stepping up their customer service, because I think it would be very beneficial to them. And in all honesty the last thing I want to do is make clickbaity videos, I just want companies like Funko to be better to the people that buy their products because I believe they could do a lot better. Thank you for the comment it helped me reflect better on this situation!

@@jtn7 no it's okay I just wanna say I unbox my bundle and I still have the pop and shirt with it and if you don't want to unbox it,it's your choice and I trying to start a horror collection/nightmare before Christmas pops because I like horror and nightmare before Christmas is a good movie and just a fan of horror stuff. Yeah if this channel ever gets enough subs where we hit a big milestone, especially if I buy a chase bundles where I get like 5 commons with 1 chase I would probably give away some of the commons.

@@jtn7 I also love it, I just wanted to point out that all chrollo's are lined to the right so it's as natural as it is. I personally hate nitpicking from every funko but if you're a collector it doesn't go unnoticed
