A video that demonstrates how to use "Clock Wave" to calibrate the radio controlled watch/clock.
Tried a free app...didn't work for my G-shock Multi Band 6. Tried Clock Wave and it's worked every single time! Takes 2 or 3 minutes! I use it on IOS.

Why the music?
Is it possible to set the app to automatically transmit the signal at a desired time?
I wonder, if any device exists that connects to the house modem (through Ethernet) and transmits the signal wirelessly. That would be more practical
this is an useless option now. it was good when it was no or few refference back in the 80s. now any cellphone show the exact time or you can browse on internet on cellphone. annd the manual setting is way faster, 30-70 seconds, depending on when you start it.
I bought this app. But my gwg 1000 g shock cant turn on the manual RC for some reason. Can you help? Thanks
WWVB emulator by mokyuu on android worked for me.
I thought I understood electronics, radio waves and so forth. But I cannot fathom how this works. But work it certainly does !

Perfectly works on iPad and Casio Wave Ceptor, but why no android port??

My Citizen wall clock will only set to Japan time, very frustrating as I live in New Zealand !!! ???

Works perfectly! Synced my g-shock in minutes. To sync my atomic clock bought in Japan, I switch to JJY time source and wala, clock synced!
Perfect for my location (Android equivalent though). The pop song was unnecessary.
Hi. I tried this with my Citizen eco-drive watch. It works perfectly except for one thing - wrong time zone. I haven't been able to make it change, no matter what I set the settings to. Is there something else I can do?
Keep the home zone of watch as one of the countries with the the radio station. Once calibrated, change your home zone, the calibration still stays.
I also have Citizen Radio Controlled watch. I cant make this work using the WWVB emulator from android
Perfect!!!!!!!!!! I live in the Seattle metro area and WWVB is crummy most of the time, as with most major cities. I have a Citizen watch, and three radio controlled clocks, so this is the best $2 I've ever spent.
Hi - I also have a citizen watch. The app works, but sets it to the wrong timezone no matter what I set in the settings. Any hints on what you did?

I tried it - works for me but better to connect the headphones to the smartphone and place the watch on the headphones (or wrap the headphones wires around the watches or around the bed-clock, for example). Tested with G-SHOCK GW-9400 and GWG-1000 and it works perfect !

Highly recomended, I live in Mexico City and this app simply works perfect, can´t calibrate my g shock since it was new until now. very happy.

Too bad. The developer has no email, does not reply to any comments, they are obviously not even exist LOL. Try to find a way to get in contact but with no success so far. Why is this App still not available for Android??
Zhen, hi! I'm just curious how this works. As DCF77 works on 77 kHz, and transmits the signal by radio, I assume that this app receives time info via internet. But how it transmits the signal to watch ? I mean, is it possible for cellphone speaker to produce the frequency of 77 kHz? Your app makes sounds that can be heard by human, so it transmits the signals lower than 20 kHz... It's just a matter of curiosity )

Why your phone has beep sounds during calibrating? I was purchased your app at yesterday and start the transmit but my phone don't have any beep sounds like yours. I am using iPhone 7 Plus. I'm still not sure whether your app is working or not because I was just placed order for a China "Compas" brand BPC RC clock from Taobao. This is my second time to buy RC clock from taobao. My last RC clock was bought at year 2014, I never use this kind of app to calibrate that clock but it is still surprisingly run accurately. I was so surprised that I can use a China RC clock in Malaysia here but now I am away from my hometown, I am staying at another city now and can't test the clock with this app. I need to buy another new RC clock to test with this app.
