Mike was such a fifth wheel in dool, he had no storyline until they paired him with carrie i miss Laura Jamie Lyn Bauer was awesome as Laura Horton Laura was such a whiny, self-righteous self-itying nobody Laura speaks sense...and she was the crazy one? Laura felt betrayed days was the shixzzzzzz what caused their falling out? 1:49 shhhhhhhhhhhhh...

Totally disagree with you. I started watching in 86, when John first came on show. When Marlena met John, she fell for him not believing he was Roman. Days knew they struck gold with the chemistry that Deidra and Drake had. She and Wayne Northrop didn’t have that “chemistry” and neither did Drake and Stacy. Even if Isabella lived on, the end game was always going to be John&Marlena!
@@marianajones6810 when Marlena came back in 91, John and her looked at each other and kissed before boarding airplane to go to island where it was discovered Roman was there. Isabella saw that kiss. If Isabella didn't end up pregnant, it was clear John&,Marlena were going to be together(the way he looked at Marlena before boarding plane and just kissed her indicates he chose "Doc").
Every John&Marlena fan will all agree with the meaning of that kiss!

Yeah but he gave her the option of being with him. He told her if she wanted him that was what he wanted, but if she didn't he was fine with it. He told her he didn't want her being with him out of obligation. She said yes and then cheated 😂
@@mrcori2649 True. I don't think Marlena knew how DEEPLY she loved John Him turning out to be Roman(At the time) was just icing on the cake. If he was revealed to be Stefano with plastic surgery she still would have been crazy about him. She returned to Roman out of OBLIGATION only. Emotionally she had .moved on with her life.

Once Isabella died it was going to happen, just when. Lol Kim WARNED Marlena that if John sticks around in Salem it was a collision for them to have an affair. I think you'll agree that if Isabella NEVER came into John's life that when Roman returned, that Marlena would have been honest with him that she moved on with John
