My iPad does not let me group lists. If I drag a list on top of another list it just goes Befor it after that list.

I cannot get the drag calendar event to reminders to work on iPhone 15 Pro Max with iOS 17.6.1 which states it is up to date. I’ve tried long press with one finger, swiping up with my thumb to see reminders. But when I do, the event stops being held for drag and drop. So, what’s the trick?

However I have an issue… My iPad calendar doesn’t always sync with my iPhone, some events are synced but others aren’t. What could be the reason behind this annoying problem? 😊

Using keyword search not working-I am searching my notes for AI - it finds all words that have ai in the text. I only want AI as the keyword. I have tried quotes around it and tried trying to type Title:AI still no luck to narrow search?

Hello, from my point of view and my workflow REMINDERS is unusable. For example, you can't forward any email to Reminders, you have to manually select it, mark a piece of text, share it and then select Reminders. In my MAIL application I have set the rule that messages with certain attributes (sender, subject and others) are automatically forwarded to my ToDo application in Inbox. Another thing is to set when I want to start working on a task in Reminders. It is only possible to specify the date and time when the item should be finished. I often plan tasks to start working on them on a certain date in the future, and then I want them to be finished in two or three weeks. All the time I see this task as active. I work with tasks that have only a start date but no date when it is to be finished. It doesn't really matter by when it's due. I also have tasks that have a due date. Mostly they are reminders of something that needs to be done and they don't take long and are repeated frequently, e.g. regular payments, device checks and so on. I'd like to use Apple's on-board apps, but that's not possible with Reminders. Or can you advise how to set up Reminders so that it can do the same as my current ToDo app? Thank you!

You can also link to Reminders by telling Siri to “remind me about this” while you have a note open. This will link it without the sharing trick, which lets you keep track what notes you’ve actually shared more easily (no fake shares cluttering things up) and is a bit quicker to do.

Re iPhone: On your last tip, Notes -> Reminders: After pressing Share button, I get a choice of Collaborate or Send Copy. If I select Collaborate, I only get an option to "create a link" by typing in my email address. I can't select "send copy" at that point. I don't get the same screen you do where you can configure your reminder. If I just select text, then I get the Reminders button and a screen where I can dial in date, time, etc. If I press Send Copy, the Reminders button disappears and there's no selection for Reminders on the long list of options. Edit brings up a lot of other options but not Reminders. My phone is on iOS 17.6.1

There is no no taking app like Notion. Apple notes are great, but ultra simple and no comparison to Notion. Two universes. If all you need is just really ultra simple notes sure use Apple notes but if you wanna do something powerful then there’s simply no comparison to Notion, not even remotely close to

This is a great video however the background music is quite distracting.

Hey buddy. A couple things I have learned. Slow down and enjoy presenting the content. You seem a bit rushed to get through it all. Also kill that background music, it takes away a distracts from the messaging. Great content, keep growing!!!

When I click on add voice , it takes me to the instructions , and at the bottom it says choose file to upload , do you record your voice first then you upload it right? Because it is letting me record

You can create a linked reminder by highlighting text in the note and using the share sheet to save directly to Reminders. The resulting reminder will have a title the same as the note title: the highlighted text will appear in the reminder’s note field; and the reminder will include a link to the note

You can require Face/Touch ID or password for the Notes app itself. That covers all notes even those with tags.

How to pinch to zoom. By default is not working.
