I wish you would run for Prime minister I ben homeless with autism 21 yrs now in a van and rentals is not at all affordable to us not what so ever a nice dream tho. The low income housing for us is just a way to congregate us all in one place just like German gas camps and to ask for help is to be subject to abuse regarding finance. I hope you run for Prime minister so we can finally have freedom and no abuse. In reality's we are the survivors of abuse. Canada invented Human Rights but apparently not financial rights for the vulnerable. To me its all a child's fairytale until some one does something more then a $200 bonus every 5 years while rentals are 1800.And if they wont help at least let us marry and not be subject to the finance of a partner so we can die not lonely just poor. Its sad that MAiD is starting to look better and better these days with hard times and live without a home. I am 21 yrs no home and we cant speak up or they penalize us. There subsidized housing is like getting the lottery and when ever they offer money you know there's a catch like you need a Disability Tax Credit (DTC I have one and I don't see a upgrade and I wouldn't want it knowing every one else suffers. I would love to stand up to make a change not just for the disabled but for everyone no one listened to. I am a half breed of the 5 tribes of America and my entire family came here none of my family work. We belong to no tribe because that takes steady family to register and hand it down and our original home America knows us no more even know all of our ww2 soldiers family died for Americas freedom. My family came here because we lost everyone to war and here we reside with physical and mental disabilities divided from a family we don't know on the other side. I wrote America on this and they never replied. I have written the queen and she always replied. I have wrote Trudeau and even Poilievre and they never a reply. I have wrote trump, Biden, Obama and Clinton and never did one reply. I would return home to America but for us America make that as hard as possible for a child born out of wedlock to a USA mother to return if the mother has not resided in America. It must be nice my family all die for there freedom but I am not good enough to return ): the sad reality of honor to the children and grand children of fallen solders. Its sad to be in a country you don't feel your a citizen of living in poverty knowing life could of been better in your homeland all because of one bad choice of a grandmother who created a entire family all on disability with intellectual disabilities costing millions. My mother and all 7 of her siblings resided on disability not even citizens of Canada until 4 yrs ago and handed down to there children is intellectual disabilities and a country to call home. I have never felt like a Canadian I am born to an American mom and grandmother and heritage of USA and a disability making it hard to find a way home. You all wanna save 1 million have America take me back ware I belong my heritage that's $200 available for 7 Canadians from what it cost to house a disable Canadian that belongs back ware my heritage came from. This is the reality of many many family living in Canada. Help there country recognize disabled children born out of wedlock to a USA mom and they wont be here. The country saves $1,226,400 Each one sent home to the country's that should be supporting us. Here is a example my entire disabled family had 7 moms and dads who had 4 kids each who has 2 kids each this is now 63 family members on the system with intellectual disabilities. Costing $77,263,200 over 70 yrs. Just help the disabled children return to there country's they belong being born out of wedlock to usa parent and lots is saved. I often feel I am the responsibility of America not Canada but on paper were captive of a nation we dont belong and no way home thanks to mom and grandma. Try to get USA to recognize that and us good luck it all depends on the mom residing in the USA for a segment of her life for the children to claim there rightful homelands a place they belong and fit in.I would renounce my Canadian citizenship in 10 seconds to have my homeland I belong recognize me so I can return to my real family and ancestorial homelands us native people belong to.

I am an injured disabled deemed worker. I was diagnosed with L4 and L5 disc herniations. CPP disability says L4 and L5 disc herniations severe and prolonged requirements met unable to sustain any gainful employment for now and the foreseable future. WCB says at my finally first appeal my L4 damages where considered assymptomatic. I was recommended L4 disc decompression in December 2004 the first time. In 2008 I apparently failed to mitigate my claim. I was sent to an external service provider for a functional capacity exam. I went and doc said sign this. I won't this and that. I said you can see I'm having trouble standing walking. Over the phone 2008 appeal I was deemed,deducted. So in 2016 losing everything I decide to try class 1. Mistake how I know what has happened. I have a 2017 mri same hospital as 2004 says Large L4 compressing nerve root a new finding???, ah no 2004 Dec. So,I appeal in 2017 the L4 damages where from workplace accident of 2002. Same chief appeal commissioner says denied not part of accident MRI says a new finding. So it takes me ober 1 year to het addendum to 2017 MRI. Not new. I bring to wcb and appeal and request reconsideration of all appeals. The new chief appeal commissioner Mrs Karen Dyck says I should have known through my own due diligences Denied! They had all my clinical and radiological evidence. So I then decide to make a Human rigjts complaint. The Manitoba Legislative Assembly makes a new policy giving the executive director right to dismiss without investigation. Dismissed Mr Jima says,DONT have jurisdiction. Early dismissal already been fairly heard in another court of competent jurisdiction????? I was again recommended L4 decompression in 2018. I showed secomd doc all 2004 clinical and radiological evidence. He says well you need to subpena me????? Jerk!!!!!! So according to AMA guidelines for IMPAIRMENT AWARDS a disc herniation verified by clinical and radiological evidence is a compensable injury. I ask WCB for recomsideration of impairment award. A Physiotherapists says go ahead lean on walker I'll take two measurments have a nice day????? What????? I receive letter my condition improved. I then requested help with purchasing a mobility scooter and wcb medical advisor says sitting is a known back pain generator denied. After my re assesment at WCB my doc recommended maybe I try nerve root oblation????? But it improved. You would think inflicting cruel and unusual treatments punishments would be unacceptable in a free and democratic society. Guess that's the question,then they deem and deduct more. Sad,immoral and unjust!

Well, i agree with you on this. Any are the landlords allowed to raise rent every year when ppl on fixed income can not get raises? What's are they supposed to live? Landlords should at least have to provide water heat power, or the government should give Canadians free power and water. Would be even better.
