Thanks. Yes I’m very much into the euphonia still. I love what it can do. I can’t give 100% credit for the sound on TH-cam though. I do some extra processing specifically because YT trashes your sound no matter what. So I have some plug-ins involved. I used to do the same thing with my Master Sound and my Urei. It’s just because of TH-cam. Not trying to hide the sound of the euphonia or anything. lol.

@@allisterwhitehead no, I have some “set it and forget it” settings. I just use the plug-in’s in OBS and 2 VST. Plugins. A compressor and A clipper. Next time I have a minute, I’ll take a screenshot and give you some details. I honestly haven’t looked at them in months. I have been meaning to tweak them just a little bit. Trying to get a little crisper. Settings are not audible while I’m mixing. My room is tuned separately from what’s being recorded into OBS.

She is my shiny new toy and I’m in the honeymoon phase. lol. As far as high-quality, it’s on par with the rest of my mixers. But if I were to put my favorite sounding mixer in order. Again, just based on Sound alone. It would be : 1-ARS (ridiculously punchy. But it had issues) 2-MasterSounds (tube fairy dust) 3-Euphonia (Clean, excellent summing) 4-Urei (but very close to the euphonia) What made me get the euphonia was the fact that it seemed to have everything I wanted in terms of using effects and the iso. And I was right. It does exactly what I’ve always wanted to do while I’m mixing. It’s very luxurious to play on. And I’m just starting to learn the nuances of it.

Hi! I answered your question on Reddit, but I’ll also leave it here in case anyone else is interested. Thank you very much! No, this is out of the mixer straight into OBS. I use an RME Fireface UC audio interface to my MacBook. I do use some VST plug-ins and EQ within OBS to bring out the best in the audio. I’m actually going to tweak my settings a bit for this new mixer because I had it set for the Master Sounds before. I obviously use video editing software just to add the little visual effects and captions but that has no effect on the sound. Just trying to keep it more interesting than me standing there.
