For the love of pete. Lets be clear...Black people CANNOT be racist. They can be bias, and even prejudice, but not racist. In order to be racist towards white people, Black folk would have to be at the center of power and privilege. Black folk would have to have the power to discriminate against white people or be able to oppress them and be able to take away their rights. The last time I checked, we had none of those powers. So, just to recap. Black folk don't have the power to be racist. Prejudice yes, racist NO!!!

FFS, you can't be racist toward the dominant group. You can be REACTIVE, but not Racist. Racism doesn't mean, "I hate these people because of their race", it means "I have biases against these people, and I have no idea why."

I think South Africa got the racial categories correctly. If you are biracial, you shouldn't be called black. You should be called COLOURED or Mixed. If we are being honest, biracial/mixed folks are not treated like actual black people so it makes no sense to label them black. There is a clear difference in how you are perceived and treated. It shouldn't be the case but its true.

i am dominican, i look like a typical biracial kid... I consider myself black, my dad is black, my mom was clearly a light skinned black woman but my skin tone is tanned skin.
