When I was a kid, I would spend hours listening to these kinds of videos with music from Lord of the Rings, Skyrim, Star Wars, Beethoven, Bach... music that shaped or defined a world. @@raderik7487 Thank you! I spent a lot of time while composing this trying to define what aspects of sound are immediately reflective of an image. For this track, I discovered that it was all the high, gritty, crystalline elements of the sound combined with a sense of smoothness throughout that best conveyed the icy mountains and tundras in the painting. I’m so lucky and blessed to have the tools and mentors that I did - without them, this music certainly would not exist.

You should practice your ear training and try to play along with the track! Try long crescendi or playing with different types of bowing, or harmonics - all of those would sound cool ;)
