i had to buy confessions of a serial killer from Germany about 3 years ago as there is STILL no UK release!! and i see the one you have here is region A i'm hoping for a UK release, it's an excellent movie and i personally prefer it over the later version Henry portrait of a serial killer, ps the copy you have would look great in a Black case

It's a classic 1950s science fiction film, there's also the 1978 remake. You should check it out. Thanks for watching.

Yep, I purchased and recieved both of these special box set titles. Great packages, booklets and extras. Big fun and prized editions in my collection. I paid extra for the tracked mail option so as to make sure they made it safely to me here in the USA. Which shipping otion did you choose? I really hope they'll provide the same treatment for my other D'amato fave... Beyond the Darkness.
I think I used the standard shipping I couldn't track the progress after shipping to the US. Luckily it arrived after two weeks. Definitely nice packaging, 88 Films will probably do more of these website exclusives. Thanks for watching.

Nice. scream factory’s old blu ray of Dark Angel has I Come in Peace as the reversible artwork. I think Dark Angel is the UK title, I always prefer the American titles.
@@gleamingtv3946 Yeah I Come in Peace. was on the VHS, I was hoping it would be on the reverse insert. I will say the 4K transfer is really nice. This is the best the movie has ever looked.

Awesome pick ups! This is the type of artwork I like, very simple but effective. I like how Athropopatis also has The Beast title on the cover. And the blue color scheme really stands out on Absurd. Severin won’t top these if they release them.
@@gleamingtv3946 Anthropophagous was known as The Grim Reaper here in the US when I saw it in the theater. I guess that's why that title always stuck with me. These really do look good when you get your hands on them. Hopefully the 4K transfers are at least good.

Nice to see in detail here. From the first time I saw this, however, I knew I wouldn't buy it because the black "X" panels on the sides of the landing pods aren't accurate in shape (except on the packaging). Otherwise pretty impressive.

Remember watching this series in the late 60's in my late teens, you couldnt get much "cooler" back then
I saw it on PBS and was instantly hooked, and even though I didn't like the finale episode It's still a pretty good series.
I decided to get this set too as its more shelf friendly than my current Network set.

How's the the 4K transfer?
@superg50zero32 I noticed the bitrate was quite low on the disc & some DNR may have been used as lack of grain. It mostly looks OK but could have been better. RoboCop 2 4k which I received last week looks excellent .
