@@madcarpchasers5895 I've really gotta book another session on there soon lol. Its a funny old lake if you ask me but that 11lb was a little beaut. Nice one I might get a slip multi in there for a couple hours my next trip then and 1 right into the snags where that tree was to your right while I'm resting the main swim. Just need to decide when and peg 1 again or 12 this time lol.

@samtaylor8612 I hit that lake on weekdays while i can so not so many people are there. First time I fished peg 1 I had 6 out an 2 of them was over 20lb. We will have to try and book a session together. I'm gonna do a few more day sessions on there before I move onto another lake till spring and I will be back on. I know there is some chunks in there as we have had them on.

@@madcarpchasers5895 Yeah I do the same, I got a 72 hour booked now btw for the 15th - 18th if your about then. I'm doing the same myself I'm seeing the year out at Blythe and then doing a few trips at Esne's Quarry with confirmed upto 42lb and Bells Mill with confirmed 30lb+ next year I think. Love that PVA doughnut as well btw might have to try that if I can get it to cast out on a Spinner or Slip D lol.

@@BarryGibson-e6x That's misusing tackle by Noddy anglers, this is a risk as it is without any misuse. There are better ways to do this, I've been using one such rig for decades.

I made it 6 full 10 ft wraps which if you are counting how I think would mean I can get another few couple of foot on my casts 👍. Was nice to see the depth was deffo 11ft though, I made it about 12ft counting the lead down. Most of the fish from Blythe seem to be nice fish tbf, my last trip saw 14, 16, 16.8 and 14.7lb and they were all cracking fish.

Yh not being funny bruv. I was just seeing how the bottom looked..I literally used it on the first go and casted the rest. Had another bloke on here slating me about using a bait boat. I've just beat cancer and my strength is there now but not all the time. But that's not why I used the boat. As I say its to see the bottom .. I'm going to be using the boat more as we don't normally get comments 🙃 😅

@@madcarpchasers5895 Fair play bro nothing wrong with using them at all, as I say was just a little surprised to see it lol. Yeah I fished peg 1 a few weeks ago and as I say counted it at about 12ft deep where you dropped which your boat confirmed as being 11ft for me. Did you find it a little weedy still or has it started to die back now? That reminds me actually I forgot to hit subscribe on the subject of comments so I'll hit that button in a moment and yeah in regards to Peg 12 looking really Carpy it looked the same on my session and like you I regret not moving as everyone I spoke to said it's known for producing bites although I think the biggest recorded this year was from Peg 10 into the snag pit.
