make sure capitalization is correct and if you are having issues with it still reset your password and make sure you write it down the password with the correct capitalization.

are you running the program in admin, that might be your problem, also make sure that the game is updated fully, if that doesn't work make sure your launcher can go through the firewall.

i am not sure why it would say that, it might be that your security system is saying that it's a risky file which it isn't, if you are running the steam version verify files, if you are running the launcher version run it as administrator. that's what i do.

no your email password is separate from your game account password, make sure you put in the correct password unless it's the same as your email password then in that case you need to send a reset password request

if you alt tab in the middle of loading there is a chance that you will either freeze or the game will load incorrectly, make sure you don't alt tab out of the game unless you have it in borderless windowed, if you get in make sure you change to borderless windowed to fix the issue

another suggestion is go to the steam page and look up plans through steam should be able to pay for a subscription through them as well i don't know what to expect for steam so fair warning if you run into trouble i can't help you.

i do not know what you mean by sing up in launcher, do you mean sync the launcher? if that is the case then i do not know what the problem is i have used the website version for since it was in beta and you had to pay to play the game

i do not use the steam version of the game i have never used it because it is trash i trust the website version of the game more than i ever will the steam version, steam i trust with Star Wars the old republic as far as i can throw it.

if you pay once a monthly fee now you will get all the expansions it used to be that you had to buy all the expansions such as rise of the hut cartel and shadow of revan but now you can get all that content with one purchase of subscription

yes when you make an account you must not use numbers i recommend that you pick a name then type out the number for instance wolfthirty

if you have good internet and a decent rig it would take maybe 2 hours to download i am not quite sure how long it really depends on internet

there are sections of the game that have to download first before the rest can download if you have a good rig and internet connection usually takes about 2-3 hours

mine is downloading "Main Assets 353" and its about 31.5 gb just after all the ones you mention, funny thing is that somehow it should have ended but showed me some conection error message and it started all over again so... here i am, still trying to enter the game

@@firebird9830 nah apparently it a problem with my PC, ( only one instance of this file can run) so yah fixing that is the confusing part

@@firebird9830 I think I finally did it! It’s downloading right now so unless I get another glitch ( such as only one instance of this file can run, or error 209 ) then I should be playing in an hour

are you at the website or the launcher if you are at the launcher then verify the files then let that run its cycle and then try again and if that doesn't work do a clean install, if you are at the launcher go to the main page scroll down until you see the download button on the right make sure you are logging in with the correct username and password as well. remember that this is a guide for the install from the website not the steam version of the game i can do another tutorial for steam if necessary.

this is for the website version of the game not the steam version i personally don't like the steam version because of how complicated it is compared to the website version. if you have website version restart the launcher and it should fix the issue.

whats the problem?

once your in game you shouldn't have to re enter your password and username but on the website and launcher you will need your username and password to log in security key is optional

@@nikolaykrustev591 i don't know i never used security key but i am assuming you can do two step security through the website and then type it in at the launcher

Depends on your wifi and pc

if you have good wifi and 8-16gb ram usually for me it takes maybe 1-2 hours for the first part the second part is bigger then the original game
