At roughly 35 minutes, the card had the villain attack, but is that an activation? Should the active marker moved? I'm having a harder time with this scenarios rules than most
Yes, the villian attacking or scheming is always considered an activation and that would move the active villian counter. The active counter moves a LOT in this scenario. I'm sure we did miss something along the way like we usually do.

We are running a legacy campaign, going through the entire series with the same characters and aspects. As part of that we are able to keep any cards we acquire along the way. So yeah, house rules.
