First you roll them as close to edge as possible to encourage them to not try and move second you use a a pillow to restrain them from moving away from the edge make sure the pillow takes up more room on the bed then the person next step leave the room for 2 hours and we'll done you created a potential hazard in the name of safety

Suggest to using the 'Telison positioning bed pad with handles', which will be more convenient to help patient on turning/sitting up/lifting. It could be ordered from US amazon.

Can only one person change the bedsheets? Can see it involves a lot of rolling the resident to one side , tucking in the dirty bedsheets and putting in a fresh one
