1 Like the prophets of the Bible, in April 1993, I, Kacou Philippe, a man who had never been in a church, I receive in a vision, the visitation of an Angel who commissions me for a Message destined to the whole earth in fulfillment of Matthew 25:6 and Revelation 12:14. This is the account of my conversion, as well as the three great visions of the call and commission as I received them:

Kacou 136:25 The Torah can make you a pious Jewish. The Bible can make you a pious Christian. The Quran can make you a pious Muslim. The Bhagavad-Gita can make you a pious Hindu, but to be saved, you are obliged to believe in the prophet that the living God will send in your time and I am this prophet, I that speak to you. At the judgment, when Noah appears, there will be those who will recognize him, those with whom he lived because he was their prophet. But will you recognize Mahomet? When Moses appears, there will be those who will recognize him, those with whom he lived because he was their prophet. And when I appear, you will recognize me because I am the prophet that God sent you and who lived with you. But will you recognize Mahomet?Today, you know my size, my shape, my voice, just as in the past, there were those who knew Moses’ size, voice, and shape; those who knew Mahomet’s size, shape, voice, those with whom they lived. But you have rejected me, the prophet that God has sent to you. And the same way I condemn you on the earth, I will condemn you before God and before his holy angels and before the prophets you claim to belong to. Your temples, churches, mosques and synagogues are only satanic lodges.

21 Let’s continue now, in Isaiah 30:25, the water brooks are the preachings of this Message. Verse 25 says that by the time of this Message, the towers shall fall. That applies to the attack of September 11, 2001 against the two twin towers … but if such is the case, it would be a Catholic tower and a tower of its evangelic and Branhamist image. An invisible hand shall strike them in their self-confidence. Let’s read that: "… in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall." (Isaiah 30:25). 22 Verse 26 says that, "And the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be Sevenfold, as the light of seven days". I would like to say that it has to be understood this way: "And the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and THIS light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of THE seven days…". You see? What is this? It’s the restitution. The light of the seven ages restituted at midnight. 23 Verse 27 says: behold the midnight Cry comes from remote Africa, "burning with his Anger … his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a consuming fire … to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction, and to put a bridle into the jaws of the peoples …". 24 Verse 29 is still the midnight Cry and talks about this promise to the Bride like a praise of sanctification at the feasts of atonement in Israel. That is purification. And the verse says that in that time, "And Jehovah will cause the majesty of his voice to be heard… with indignation of anger", because of the abominations that are committed on earth, in those Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches that are in Sodom and Egypt, that is, in homosexuality and religious paganism. 25 Verse 31 says, "For through the voice of Jehovah shall the Assyrian be broken down: he will smite him with the rod …" Asshur is the Babylonian empire, that is to say the Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches including Islam and Judaism which shall be smitten with the rod of Revelation 19 and verse 32 says that wherever the midnight Cry is preached against them, there shall be a tumultuous battle.That is, one day these Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches will cast out waters. This dragon will cast out waters, that is, the peoples, the nations against this true Church as it always has been."And wherever shall pass the appointed staff, which Jehovah shall lay upon him, it shall be with tambours and harps; and with tumultuous battles will he fight with it.". God will make war to the churches and the churches will make war to the true Church. 26 And the last verse, the verse 33 says that Topheth who is the god of fire was prepared long time ago for this fight. God made it "deep and large and its pile is fire and much wood and… the Breath of Jehovah, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.'' And do you know that it is the Breath of Jehovah meaning the preachings of the saints that sets the hell ablaze? That is to say our preachings, our preachings of the living prophet messengers that set the hell ablaze against the sons of the devil. And the sons of the devil are always coming against that. That is! 27 Let’s sing now to the glory of Jesus-Christ! You see? The first time I preached, that lasted eighteen minutes. And it is this behaviour that I have kept. I seldom exceed one hour of preaching and no service goes up to noon. None! You see? Like the prophets who preceded me, I say the essential and the elect receive that for eternal Life. 14 The word of a prophet, it is God Himself who comes down through an angel and who speaks to mankind using a man called prophet. That is why, until the end of the world, like the prophets of the Bible, my words will never disappear because they are eternal words of God. Every prophet on the earth has had the same source of inspiration. To some, it was through visions or dreams. To others it was through audible voices from Heaven or through prophetic inspirations. Their Messages save the elect of their times and become a memorial for future generations. And some signs are given so that the earth may see and believe in them. And with William Branham, the crowd at the Ohio River saw this light and many fell to their knees and worshipped and others fainted. God did this so that America might believe. And at my birth, some angels’ singings were heard in the heaven and flames of fire appeared and the phenomenon was observed within a radius of three kilometers and the journal of the fiftieth anniversary of the assemblies of gods reported it. 15 A prophet is like a telephone. The words that you hear are not from himself. The telephone may be worthless and yet it can make the voice of the president of the republic heard. That is why you inhabitants of the earth, know that it is not me that you reject, but it is God that you reject. And you religious leaders, can a rabbi remain indifferent if he hears that there is a prophet in Israel? And in John 4, after the word of the Samaritan woman, did not all the rabbis run to the Lord Jesus? And I Kacou Philippe who speak to you, I am worthless before you and yet I am the door of the Heavens and the master of the harvest today.

25 But because of the sin and because of the churches, know that the world will go from suffering to suffering. And it shall come to pass that a man will not be able to shake hands with his brother or his best friend for fear of being contaminated with the disease. People shall walk without touching one another. Schools will be closed and you will hear people say: "I'm afraid of taking the underground or the bus, I am afraid of being contaminated.” You see? The righteous one will say to the wicked one: "Go and show off your nudity on the beach!" and the wicked one will tell him: "I won’t!". You see? [Kc.141v49] 26 Well, what does the Bible say? What does Matthew 24:22 say? The Bible says that if time was not shortened, no flesh would be saved, but when we see the work and the multiplication of churches, it seems that if the Lord tarries, every flesh will be saved. Do not be seduced to that point! And don’t look at me as a threat to your churches because of your interests but rather like a grace. [Kc.21v13]

6 Be deaf to my word, you wicked men, sons of Belial, slaves of money, workers of sin, but God will tear off your refuge and transpierce your peace forever; you will die in your misery. God will turn the whole earth into hell. I call upon you all the woes that happened only to others. I go to war against the doctors who treat you. I have established hell on the earth and dogs will eat you. I call upon you wild animals with deadly bites. You have the forest but you will go hungry. 7 I call locusts on your plantations. One woe will pass and another woe will come. All kinds of difficulties will come upon you, especially you Ivory Coast. The earth will shake all over Africa, Europe, America and Asia. The oceans will rush and chase Africans. Tornadoes will terrify you. Your houses will go into the depths of the ocean and fish will swim in your streets. 8 By the shouts of the muezzins, the bells of the churches, the singings and recitations of verses in your temples, churches and mosques, you have offered the whole earth to Satan who did not create it. And the wrath of God is upon you all to punish you until you are all destroyed. I once asked a Christian, "Sir, whose cock crowed when Apostle Peter denied the Lord Jesus?" And he answered: "Was I there?" And I said to him: "So you were not there and you have the same prophet as Peter?" So you were not with Bilal and Khadija but Mahomet is your prophet? You do not know Arjuna and Shariputra but Krishna and Buddha are your teachers of light? #ProphetKacouPhilippe

21 As prophet Jeremiah has seen and said things that do not suit them, they want to kill him! What the sons of the devil want, it is somebody who will come and tell them that they will have several promotions in their job! God knows that men do not like those He sends, this is why He declared in Psalms 105:15: "Touch not mine anointed ones, and do my prophets no harm." And in 1 Chronicles 16:21-22, it is said that God suffered no one to oppress a prophet…I read that: "He suffered no man to oppress them, And reproved kings for their sakes,Touch not mine anointed ones, And do my prophets no harm!" You see? God says: Leave my prophets alone! I do not even suffer you to say nice things about them! Leave them alone! 52 What does prophet mean? From a Hebrew origin, the word nabi means "spokesman". The plural is Nebiim that is to say, "Spokesmen". Not anointing-bearer or miracles-bearer but spokesman! A prophet is at first the bearer of a Message from God for the world. And when God sends a prophet messenger on the earth, it means that there is no longer truth on earth. And he speaks and judges and condemns for God, with the sole authority which belongs to God alone. When a prophet messenger is on earth, there is no truth and Salvation but by him. No one can serve God but by him. And God confirms his Message through signs and wonders. And if he is true, the religious world will reject him. And he will be alone against all. Why? Because he represents a threat to the interest and authority of many people. And no one can believe in him without losing at least for a time what he was. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. She transforms Nigeria's oil and provides electricity up to beyond her neighbours. All the birds of the sky, all the animals of the fields would come from afar and found their place by her side. The grace and the power and the glory on her were as if God was unjust. Certainly, God was expecting a lot from her. But when she became strong, she chose the way of the wicked, those who hate God and whose memory fades every day through volcanoes, floods, cyclones, terrorism, earthquakes, and wars. 3 And Ivory Coast has turned away from God to the point that sin is called "national heritage", such as the voodoo, poro, dipi, masks and warrior dances, which are animal practices which should no longer be mentioned at the time of Christianity. Every village has a fetish priest, mask, sacred river, and so on. Even if it is only one person who indulges in such practices and you do not say anything, then it is the whole village that is guilty. 4 And I tell you that even a zoo is a sin for a country. A park, okay! But a zoo is a sin. An eagle or a lion in a cage, it’s a sin! It is the same for someone who has a monkey chained at home. Thus saith the Lord, free these animals otherwise it is curse on you! 5 This country had received the gospel for a century and preferred to opt for its customs. Between the body, the cloak and the Spirit of Jesus, this country has chosen the cloak and with it, all the curses of the Bible. There is not a curse of Deuteronomy 28 which has not befallen her. Has she been besieged by cruel people of fierce countenance coming from afar? Have these people been heavy stones for Ivory Coast, stifling her in all her towns and villages? Do these people dominate over her? Yes! For the true domination is economic; Politics is only in an honorific way. 6 And in this country, we also see the wild animals, the ferocious beasts which are the giants of antiquity, invade cities with scorpions, dragons and snakes on their biceps. Men with pierced ears, erroneous hairstyles and new languages, they are all fruits of sin. Some come from this nursery of brigands called "street children". And yet we know that the street is not a person to have some children. They are therefore fruits of adultery and of fornication, conceived in some hotels, markets, offices, cars, unfinished houses, and so on. 7 Having sexual relations before the dowry, it is to go against oneself, against one’s country and against God. And the earth is full of it. University campuses are centres of prostitution on a large scale. And the first lady distributes condoms to them so that the country can defile itself more, thus legalizing fornication, adultery and prostitution. 8 And Ivory Coast has persisted in immorality to the point that a dance exposing naked women is legalized and exported as coffee and cocoa. Newspapers exposing naked women are authorised. Congo-Kinshasa, this immoral country, has always served her as a model. When someone is censured in his country, he can freely come and show off here in Ivory Coast. Ivory Coast has demonstrated that, in the matter of sin, she can do worse than many countries. And they are immoral people, others like Presenter Hanny Tchelley, having posed naked in some movies here, that they prefer as presenters in order to destroy the youth. A soft country! 9 The devil has made of the earth his Eden and of the woman his object of publicity. 10 The devil has given men other marks of beauty. And yet according to the Bible, the mark of beauty is the face. We see the case of Rebecca in Genesis 24:16, the case of Sarah, Abraham's wife in Genesis 12:11, the case of Rachel in Genesis 29:17, the case of Abigail in 1 Samuel 25: 3, The case of Tamar in 2 Samuel 14:27 ... But the devil has invented other marks: the buttocks, then the navel, then the complexion then the makeup, and so on. This is a challenge to the divine perfection: a way to say that "God should do things in such a way". The fate of Jezebel is reserved for you. A divine hand seized dogs to eat your great-grandmother Jezebel. And what happened with Jezebel? The dogs did not touch the skull, the feet and the palms of her hands because of the makeup and the nail polishes. My very dear Sisters, God wants to see you as He created you. Stay so! And God having vomited them and knowing that God does not speak to them anymore, they resort to the Internet like Saul. You see? They know very well like Saul that what they are going to do is bad before God but since they have rebellion in their blood, they do it. Otherwise, they know very well that God does not reveal his Word through the Internet but as they are children of the devil, they will sign pacts with the fifth dimension. And when Saul was going, he knew that it was bad; that is why he disguised himself. And the word came out to say: you have come to consult the devil! Tomorrow you shall be here! You see? Brethren, I assure you that those millions of Christians are in the same uncertainty like those of Noah’s time. They hear too many voices, they are anxious, they know that something is going wrong but what to do? That is why they are searching for something that will strengthen them in their position of uncertainty. 20 That was not possible down there in Judaism so that the scrolls of the prophets replace the breastplate, that has never been possible and that will never be possible! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"] That’s something false and you cannot get into the Paradise of God with such a great falsehood. You see? The Bible cannot be the Urim Thummim and even its prophetic side cannot make it the Urim Thummim. And when a man will recite the whole Bible or William Branham’s Message, it is because he simply has a good memory. Such a man is nothing to me! It is just as a good pupil who is reciting his lesson of history and geography! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. The Bible, it is the book of the history and geography of Palestine and of Christians! That has nothing to do with spirituality! 21 When you see somebody saying all the time, "Come back to the Bible! Come back to the Bible! The Bible says...! The Bible says...!" keep quiet and do observe the man well and you will see that it is a demon! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. It is apparently good but it is the devil. To come back to the Word is different from "coming back to the Bible"! It was the same demon that used that woman in Act.16. And the test of the Word is not to confront what somebody is saying with the Bible! Because the Bible is a history book, it is past and if that scandalizes you then you need deliverance! It is a history book that God has found useful, not because of the memory of the prophets or of the culture of the churches but because of its prophetic side! 22 The Bible is not and can never be the Urim Thummim! If you say, "O God, I love the Bible ", and you go and buy a big one like an encyclopaedia and you make it your pillow or you press it against your heart then the suitable place for you is Catholic church! You see? Believe the Bible from the first verse to the last verse, from the cover to the other cover but without a prophet, that is nothing! Without the Bible, you can be saved provided that you accept the prophet of your generation! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. This is why it cannot be the Urim Thummim! You see? 23 MartinLuther’s sermons were in contradiction with the Bible. His Trinitarian baptism by aspersion was in contradiction with the Bible and his position against the Jews was wrong! Martin Luther made that Germans including Adolph Hitler engaged in the extermination of Jews! The Christians of Berea would have never followed Martin Luther!
