Yes indeed 8 to great is a powerful process for change. I love that you have an 8 to Great handbook for youth. The younger we start, the better. The story about Chelsea is a classic example of how "getting the picture" can bring a dream into reality.

If a thought does not feel good, take 8. An 8 minute walk or 8 minutes if getting your cat or playing the piano, etc. Great practical tips to feel good.

I work as a custodian as well

Very cool guy, know him personally. He's got his head on his shoulders and is always very positive. I don't think life is easy for him but he responds to everything as positive as possible and is there for others.
