Keppel Hut Track and a bit of McFadyen track

McFadyen track blocked by fallen logs. Tough Track. Calling for a helicopter did cross my mind at one stage.

Ha ha. A lot of visual symbolism too.
Why does the soundtrack remind me of '80's pr0n?
As does the guy on the yellow bike.
Thanks for the video. For all the time and effort it seems like something I will not try. One of my batteries of the "back" side actually had a plastic wrap around the outside edge to maybe prevent the plus side of one from touching the other. I've seen these sold with 3 wrapped together and maybe it was just one cut lose for the other two in the factory in China, but who knows. So anyway, I think I'm just going to take it to the battery supply store and let them dispose of the batteries and other parts if they will.
It is actually interesting just now I pressed the button with the back off and the pressure gauge part still seems to be working. lightly set the halves together and the light and gauge seem to work. So I reassembled without changing batteries and will see if it last a bit longer. The wrapped battery I put furthest from the button for what that is worth.
Great stuff Ian
great video! thanks
Thanks for the video, mine is with blue led and branded as GoodYear. The batteries fell out when taking it apart so I was confused about the correct orientation. PS! It seems that the batteries you access after removing the main cover are only used for LED and the ones you access by removing the circuit board are used for LCD and functionality. So if you get low battery notification and don't have new ones at hand you could try measuring the voltage and swap them around, on mine only one of the 4 batteries was totally drained.
Thanks a lot. Finally, I found your video very well done. My pressure gauge is TireMinder sport and the company say they don't have the instruction manual. They say it is good for only few years.... I can't believe this obsolescence thinking.
Cool. These things are sold under various brand names (mine is Slime), and I hate throwing stuff away.
How do you reset the reading without turning it all the way off?
Great video!
Had problems with the plastic display due to scratches.
Nice work Charlie!
Hello. How do you take the speedometer apart? How does the lens come off?
Great. Is it me or was there a fair bit of "road litter" (leaf and mud etc)?
sorry john I didnt see your comment. Yes leaf litter and soft ground. The road is just one lane wide.
