How do you fold the rain cover so it fits back in the bag?
Please make a video demonstrating how to fully disassemble & reassemble. I think that would be a big help for parents. Love your products & this is a great concept but there is a potential health & safety issue here that was not totally addressed in the product safety redundency testing. A portion of parents are likely not fully disassembling the product to clean & disinfect due to not realizing the screw cap comes off too & that food particles & liquids are getting trapped under it. Yes, this is 100% an issue of not completely reading the instructions lol... but I can guarentee this issue is far more common than it should be & is potentially a major health issue. I'd wager plenty of tired or distracted moms have skipped right by it like my wife did. Good thing I caught it while cleaning only after the 2nd use but I am certain a significant portion of exhausted parents have not realized this yet. Maybe there is a way to draw greater attention using images on the back of the product packaging (showing all parts like in the instructions?) or upon the next product redesign drawing greater attention to the need for accessing the region on the screw cap. Again, this is an issue of not reading instructions completely which normally I place full responsibility on the user. The only reason this is an exception imo is the combination of exhausted/distracted parents which is to be expected & the serious nature of the potential health risks to infants makes this issue significant.
The only part I have successfully disassembled is the silicone nipple from the holder … the rest of it also comes apart I think? I have the instructions and they are not clear. Any guidance since you’ve figured it out? 😅
