In 2010, I lost a really good friend to Leukaemia. Wayne Wilson was just 26 when he passed away. Despite his illness, his positivity and infectious energy left an enormous impact on me & helped me turn my life around.
A decade later, I lost my brother, Kieran, to suicide. Another close friend, Greg, also died by suicide a few months later. Kieran's suicide has been the most tragic and impactful event on my life. Talking about Kieran's life and sharing my personal story has helped me deal with the tragedy and I've made it my personal mission to amplify awareness around mental health.
I'm determined to help end the stigma and encourage others to talk about their own experiences.

AC/DC Thunderstruck | Wembley Stadium 3rd July 2024
I took my son Harley (age 7) to his first ever rock concert last night!
AC/DC were amazing! After their last World Tour finished in 2016, I thought I'd missed the opportunity to see them live. When they announced their Power Up tour for 2024, I knew I HAD to get tickets!
Harley is an aspiring drummer and just LOVES Rock & Roll! He totally rocked out with me yesterday & we created a lifelong memory together. I look forward to the day when he tells his kids he went to see AC/DC at Wembley with his Dad!
What an experience, what a gig! Bucket List item ticked off!!

My leg of the Olympic Torch Relay on Wednesday 11th July, 2012 at approx 5pm. Running through Ludgershall in Wiltshire. It was, without a doubt, the single best moment of my life, ever!
