The Honda touring car is one of my favorites to drive in the spec series. For this race I committed to the no stop strategy and by the end of the race there was nothing left, but still managed a decent result. Great video! That save in the first race was money. Most people don't realize how hard that is on a wheel. Nice podium in the second race. 💪
Luckily there was enough pavement to keep grip in the wheels, it is easier with the front wheel drive cars too I think. Thank you though I do appreciate that, rally also helps with learning car control 😂! Hey man it’s been a while but we got there, thanks for tuning in!

Nice driving dude! You timed your pit stop just right. You hit moderate tire wear as you were entering the pits. I've only driven the Audi a couple of times. I'm used to rear wheel drive cars, so it's not my best car.

Nice. I like the car sensor that tells you where the other car is, never seen that before. It makes sense. I used to race motox and go karts and you do have that awareness in a battle, it's something I always thought sim racing lacked. Turns out it doesn't. Very cool.
The car sensor is very handy to have otherwise the awareness is minimal in the cockpit/bonnet pov. There’s a couple games out there that implement this my favorite style would be from Asseto Corza
Im still learning how to hold that kind of line somewhat
Luckily my braking was later than the other driver so I was able to pull ahead far enough to get back to the racing line. Usually though when going side by side like that I think of the other vehicle as a bus next to me turning through an intersection irl if that makes sense 😂

Hey, I’ve been wondering what level of FF you use for a while because sometimes your cornering wheel cam appears to be stiff but in other corners it seems really weak. (This is just about Force Feedback btw)
No worries that’s a good observation! I have the feedback set to 80, if you have any advice for the wheel settings let me know
@@Toe2Tow I’ve always preferred using high FF and Centre Spring Scale on my TMX because I like TCR and GTE I might get FM8 soon because the FH5 drivatars annoy me and online lobbies are FFA tryhards haven.
What do you think about the new moza for console? I was thinking of maybe trying that out but I do really enjoy the Thrustmaster! FM8 has it’s ups and downs but you can still have some good racing

Going wide and braking late always catches some people off guard. Expecially those who are trying to gauge when to brake off when you brake.
