I also know to get those police mavericks that flies over the neighbourhood shining the searchlight on a male pedestrian or the gang members and even on cars too. To get those police maverick that are flying around the neighbourhood. You need a flying cars cheat and a police car because it has sirens to make the chopper land on the ground in order to take it.
