Face buttons look nice on that XGB36. Too bad it looks like it runs the same EmuElec as the K36. Also I don't think I like how that dpad looks xD. The RGB Lights on that Analogs looks meh I wonder if they can be controlled by software. The RGB36 Pro should work with normal ArkOS, it just looks like it's on Kid Mode / Kiosk Mode.

I'm having some trouble playing PS1 games on TSP. Before I could play them but now they won't work at all. It only shows a black screen when I try to load it. What is the solution to playing them again?

cannot wait for my R36S to arrive. I ordered it yesterday £33. Insane price. that is next to peanuts here in the UK. And have been binge watching video's like yours. I can't get enough of it. so excited. I have a steam deck and Rog ally but couldn't get emulation up and running even with emudeck. I Just could not get it to recognise even my sinclair spectrum roms I downloaded. I used to spectrum and C64 back in the 80's. But now with this device hopefully i can shift the card to my steamdeck and have it working on there too. maybe but for the lightweight games this device is perfect. I chose the see thru purple one 128 gb

I thought the price would be over 100$ and it isn't which makes it alright price for what it is. If it could play ps2 games the price would be amazing

Just got one of these few days ago mainly for a handful of gameboy games been wanting to play again. At first was disappointed because wasnt seeing some of main ones was hoping for but after finding search menu not only did have all but alot more and has been great for a $40 system ...have gotten 4 different handhelds from online claw machine app and all but one were significantly worse than was expecting and was expecting all to be crap lol

I heard that the sd card that comes with these are actually branded and are good... is this true in your experience?

anyone know if the card on here the crossmix thing is the same as the one from litnxt? as in will it have Mazza bros and Zselda? i know im spelling it wrong.... just in case ninty is using some ai recognition thing? ive got my basket with this device in and i just cant decide on the colour yet so havent purchased it yet... also litnxt has the stock card as an option..... are the games and content on the stock card the same on the crossmix option just a different os?

In the comments under your last SP video I wrote about noticing that Anbernic had reordered the items in the Home Launcher menu between the launch models (your silver and my blue) and the new Red/Green models. In today's video I've just noticed that they've also changed the order of the consoles in RA Game too. Weird. Honestly, I quite like the green + grey. It reminds me of Marshall University. I had an uncle who was a big fan of them. Go Herd! Speaking of colors; I think you should switch the button caps between the red and green models. Red+ grey is a classic color scheme and green + black is likewise. They'd both be improved with a swap, in my opinion. I feel like before this saga is over you're going to have Ampound (or however it's spelled) send you a clear shell SP that you'll promptly dye to some wild color. In So-Cal a transparent purple handheld with gold buttons would go over well. They say that dying the clear shells isn't expensive and it's practically fool proof. I've not tried it though. Semi off topic - The Game Console R36S has a 64GB card like these Anbernics do. They don't have as many systems as the SP does by default; but, they have a ton more games for the systems they do cover. So, I copied over my R36S ROMs archive to a 128GB card that I decided to use in the SP's Slot 2. I put the games in the right folders and the box art in the right folders, and it worked like a charm. You don't need a scraper or XML files, or anything. As long as the game and the picture have the same name the Anbernic OS is smart enough to link them automatically. Copying the R36S's card saved me a ton of time vs. sailing the high seas. The one thing that was annoying is that the N64 artwork copied over from the R36S had "-image" inside the file name of each image. As a result the SP couldn't link them to their respective games. There's around 100 N64 titles on the R36S's card, which would've taken forever to clean up one by one. I don't have a PC to do bulk renaming. Luckily I found a FOSS app on the Play Store called "Flut Renamer" that instantly bulk deleted "-image" from the name of all of the artwork. And afterwards it worked great on my SP. I highly recommend that app. Of note: Flut Renamer only works on internal storage. So I had to copy the pics to internal storage, rename them, them copy them back to the SP's card in the attached USB card reader. I hope this is useful to somebody.

Tip for anybody who buys one of these as a gift, I did so for a friend this past summer. When it arrived, I took the Game Boy Color and advance overlays to Photoshop and added her name with a "'s". She loves seeing that touch of personalization appear when she plays one of those systems
