do yourself a favour, dont use a plastic rule to guide your knife, use a steel rule, now your straight edge is as bandy as a dogs back leg lol.

3:01 What sort of crafting rubbish is this? You got more sand on your piece than your bench. Blasphemy.
Combined with white glue it gets a nice result for texturing, but I'll keep experimenting with different materials and techniques
Currently working on a cathedral diorama for a 1/6 scale Ɓatman and will don the floor this way, see it looks on a bigger scale.👍

un problema es con la arena porque en las estatuas es verdad que algo se calcifica pero realmente ese efecto qeu hace la arena tendira que ser hacia dentro, a modo de pequeños desprendimientos
Cierto! Muy Buena onservación, pensando ahorita pudiera ser que hacer una mezcla tipo recubrimiento con arena fina y aplicarla en la superficie, y ya seca ésta poder "rasparla" muy ligeramente para crear ese ligero desgaste, muchas gracias por la observación, haré ese experimento y ver que resulta
GUAPISIMO, lo que si lo de la arena intentaria buscar una arena mas fina la verdad, no se si sera posible

Sii, despues de que acabe esta figura me di a la tarea de cernir o "colar" arena con un colador con red fina de esos que se usan para poner mezclas de hojas y especias para hacer té, y resulto en una arenilla con grano muy fino, sin llegar a ser talco. Me hice un bote de esa arena para tener en stock 😀

Yes! It has good detail even at that miniature scale. I read Meng will release a 1:72 version later this year, I think I will get one of those 😀
